The hotel is relatively new with nice rooms, modern and nice design. The rooms are clean and the staff is polite and helpfull. Very good breakfast with variety of food.

I had to adress myself as a gold member, the receptionist probably never heard about the loyality program! The worst thing was, that the restaurant was closed! If you have guests in the house, you must care, that they get something to eat and drink! This is bad management! I spent last christmas at ibis styles Boleslawiec, and everything was opened! And nothing special for christmas guests, no give away, simply nothing! Dark lobby, no christmas feeling! Thanks to the next filling station I got something to eat and drink! What a wonderful holy night!

i was well treated, very friendly and with full understanding of my situation. got the breakfast on the way - lunch box, well prepared when leaving very early. Could leave my car additional hours on the parking - free of charge - this is a very good sign of treating customers well as guests and not as milking cow as in many hotels happens. nice atmosphere and clean rooms!!! compliments
