Great location to stay for after a football match at Wembley, breakfast was nice, room comfortable, staff friendly. Few things to note. Stayed in room 522. Barely any TV signal, only one lift working during stay, the shower holder did not do its job; I doubt it would be able to hold a piece of paper. Actually on the whole the shower was just appalling. Hardly any water pressure, unless you are happy to wash in cold water. It was nearly 10:30pm when I realised these issues hence why didn’t ask for a room change. Having worked in hospitality I appreciate issues happen but these are pretty basic amenities you’d expect paying £200+ room rate for the night. At breakfast asked a member of staff for mayonnaise; never saw the mayonnaise or staff member. Even if it wasn’t available, would have been nice for them to let me know. Would only every stay again purely based on location and convenience for Wembley stadium.

Good experience, but only two comments to consider: - Even though I asked several times in reception to link my reservation with my fidelity account (3…439T D), I can't still see it. As I stayed in London from 12 to 22 of March, I'd like to receive your support to be able to see my 'points' into my account. - The first day of my stay the shower flooded. However, although it was fixed for the first days, by the end of my stay it started to flood again.
