Great price / performance ratio. Clean, practical rooms, good beds, decent breakfast, helpful staff. Watch out for the 30 km/h radar traps in Singen at night though, don't make your stay more expensive than necessary. Ask me how I know.

We are very pleased until the end of our stay at Ibis Styles Singen. During check in, the manager enthusiastically shared with us his recommendations on beautiful locations in and around Singen and best restaurants to try. We are thankful for that. The staff members are very helpful and friendly. I asked to have access to our room after checkout because I forgot a personal article, they gladly helped me with that. The breakfast is good even though it is missing more warm meat items compared to other Ibis Styles location.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it is never perfect.Check in and check out take a long time. The Voyager program was not rewarded in any way here. There was a strange, stale smell in the corridor in the 2nd floor. The staff could be more friendly. The breakfasts are tasty and the car park is an advantage.

I recently stayed at the hotel in while I was in Singen for a meeting. On the morning of my stay, I asked the receptionist if it would be possible to have a late check-out, as my wife was going to be at the hotel while I was in the meeting. Unfortunately, without checking, the receptionist told us quite bluntly that the hotel was fully booked and we’d need to check out by 12 noon. She didn’t even check that I’m a gold card member, which I thought might have made things easier or perhaps offered us some flexibility. I completely understand if the hotel really was fully booked – these things happen! I just think it could have been handled in a nicer way. A bit more warmth or explanation would have made all the difference.
