I needed an affordable hotel within walking distance of a railway station, and I found this one. My room was clean and comfortable, the surroundings aren't noisy, and Singen itself is pleasant enough to wander around for a little while before catching my train home.

It seems like nobody cleaned the room between the previous guest and me except for making the bed and changing the towels. There was hair all around, including in the bed, and blood stains in the shower.

Hello Can, thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that there seems to have been a mistake with the room allocation. You arrived at our hotel in the afternoon. We are available for our guests 24/7. Why didn't you let us know and instead spent the night in a "dirty" room? Why?
