The rooms are clean and spacious and the check-in and check-out happened smoothly, it is also quite close to the train station which was nice.

Good points: The breakfast was very good value - a buffet with quite a bit of choice The air con in the room worked well on a very hot day Singen is well located for visiting the area, and the hotel is only a short walk from the station Less Good Points: The light in the bathroom is on a motion sensor, so if you need to use the bathroom in the night then a harsh white light comes on and fully wakes you up, and anyone else. The lighting and decoration in the room is very utilitarian and all of the lights are too bright. The hotel is half a "Styles" and half a "Budget" and the segregation between the two was a bit strange - with hindsight, I think the budget rooms were not cheap enough for their lack of comfort and i should have booked a room in the Styles part
