Our stay was absolutely fabulous. We upgraded to a Junior Suite which fitted our needs perfectly. The breakfast was delicious too. My only gripe was that having originally selected a Deluxe room with a river or city view our suite ended up on the second floor with a view of the MS Arena opposite and the link bridge to the hotel obstructed any view of the river. Paying more for a room with a view then even more for a room without a view (although lots of other benefits) was disappointing.
