This hotel was spectacular, staff were very helpful- in-house booking and on-site. The accommodation was kept immaculately clean, bedrooms were extremely large and the sitting area had a balcony.There were numerous restaurants located in the hotel and varied activities for children but also adults to take part in. For the buffet breakfast there was a range of food, from English to Arab to Indian food. There were also four pools , two being for kids, which had seating around, and lifeguards attending. From one of the pools was the view of the Burj Al -Arab. The spa experience was amazing with excellent skilled staff. The hotel operates buses to popular landmarks Kite beach and Dubai mall. A tour guide at reception provides much information about activities in Dubai. Located a short walk from Insurance Market metro and close to eateries and a supermarket which was well priced and well stocked. Overall the hotel was amazing with great service.We would definitely recommend it.

Felt offended when my daughter and I went to the pool and was asked to shower before entering the pool, we obliged but noticed that another family that came in were not asked to do the same. I queried it with the guy on duty and told him that people must be treated equally and we did not take kindly to being ostracized. I lodged a complaint at reception but was never provided any feedback.

Building is well located along sheikh zayed road of dubai with fantastic views of palm jumeirah, burj al arab, and burj khalifa. Ease of access to either Abu Dhabi or downtown Dubai by car, and walking distance to metro station by commute. We stayed in Adagio premium 4BR unit for 10days. Daily housekeeping and replenishment of towels and supplies is being done, love the polite attitude of service staff. The unit is delightfully spacious for 8persons and can accommodate more visitors, lots of parking space on the podium level as well. Complete with basic household stuff for cooking dishwashing and laundry. The accommodation comes with basic OSN entertainment access, which is good but i think can be improved with an option for smart TV access, although this is not really necessary as we stayed outside for most of the time and we shared stories when staying at the hotel.
