All goes well from on-line check in to final departure. Parking straight forward (although its address / directions could be added to the main web site? Breakfast good but short on fresh fruit & seeds. Also the bread is a little basic. Nevertheless we enjoyed the breakfast and it me our needs.

I have already been in touch about my stay with a complaint regarding the poor check in experience, light hanging off the wall and the staff member who felt it was acceptable when coming to look at the faulty light to squeeze his spot in the lift mirror in front of us.

Good location within close walking distance of both the Broad Street area and New Street/Bullring. Comfortable room which was good value and relatively inexpensive bar, overall a positive stay.
