the food was great, too bad the coconut has to be add on. the ac inside the room took a long time to cool and there's a little bad smell in the room. the pillows are too mixed, so we order to change the hard pillows.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills with our whole family! The resort has a beautiful atmosphere, stunning natural surroundings, and excellent facilities that made our family getaway truly special. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay.
There were plenty of activities and facilities for the whole family to enjoy, making it a perfect place to relax, spend quality time together, and create beautiful memories. The peaceful environment and beautiful views made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills with our whole family! The resort has a beautiful atmosphere, stunning natural surroundings, and excellent facilities that made our family getaway truly special. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pullman and will certainly return.
There were many highlights to our visit:
* The breakfast buffet was magnificent.
* The family and kids' pools were great and clean.
* The kids' activities were plentiful and engaging.
* We loved our room, which was spacious, clean, and offered great views.
However, I would like to offer a few points of feedback for improvement:
* The water in both the infinity pool and the Padi pool was murky. Regrettably, my child broke out in hives after swimming, so enhanced pool sanitation is strongly recommended.
* Having lifeguards present at every swimming pool area is essential for safety, even in pools intended for adults. I highly suggest stationing lifeguards across all pool facilities.
* The food we ordered from room service was mediocre, dry, and served in notably small portions.

Hi,
I stayed at Pullman Ciawi on 6-8 Oct 2026. I have been staying at this hotel for the past 5 years, probably 1-2 times each year.
This is my first stay this year, and I am quite disappointed for a number of efficiency measures they made, which became quickly noticed because I have came here many times.
Here are the list:
- no trams on weekdays = last year they still have it, and it is a joy for my kids to feed the ducks, deers, rabbits
- less animals in hotel areas = last time there were a few more animals near kids club, which my kids absolutely loved to play with
- no more coffee takeaway cup on breakfast = which I absolutely loved after breakfast
- Padi restaurant closed on weekdays. = we loved to eat pizza here on our stays
- less number of toys/arcade games in the teens/play area. Used to have more. Also, many of the games have shown lack of maintenance/getting dirty/damaged. Like the snakes and ladders set, the pingpong table, and even the billiard has lost balls.
- less number of employees. Like in gym there were no attendee. Only one person in kids club, not two.
Overall, while we understand the economy is not doing super well, with increase in price year on year, I think there shouldnt be a downgrade in service&experience. We hope Pullman became better, not worse with time.
Of course notably the new waterpark (but not yet opened when I came) is a plus point. And the pool has slightly heated water, which made it better to swim in.
