From check in all staff has been great especially Bu Jannie at the check in counter, Service in Damar restaurant was awesome especially who attended to us Bu Nike and Pak Andres. Thanks for attending attentively to us.

I would like to thank the team for the sweet arrangement in my room, a nice amenities and room decoration prepared for me. Additionally, my room was upgraded to an Executive room which adding the experience I would give a 9/10 score for my whole stay, Just a few feedback regarding the room condition, The Minibar inside the room was not cold, and the AC was also not really cold But, the staff service of yours is a top notch, and really hope can be back to Pullman someday Thank you

Everything is perfect as usual.. almost once a month i come here for leisure… staffs are nice and helpful.. especially ms Jannie Listina who is like my personal butller who assist me and ensure my stay is without hassle. I also like to mention Mr Yosua (guest manager) and Nike from the Damar restaurant for service excellent
