We had an amazing experience staying in Pullman Ciawi, our suite room is fantastic, it has beautiful and peaceful scenery. And also, the staff is very helpful and so pleasant. Amalia and Jill helped us to have late check-out availability. It was so smooth and seamless. Also, shout out to Ms. Selly and Tedja, who have given us the best service during our breakfast

Excellent Service ✨ Staying at Pullman is always a great experience, but the service truly makes it perfect. Special thanks to Sandra from the Front Office for being so welcoming and friendly. Also, thank you to Yudhi, Amalia, and Dea for fulfilling all my family’s needs with such care and attention. Breakfast was also really enjoyable. The vibe was great, the food selection was awesome, everything tasted delicious, and the service was nice. Thanks to Chef Rosi and Team for making my breakfast feel so special and truly memorable.

It was a very short but memorable getaway. Me and my siblings along with their respective families were having the best time. The private pool was a highlight in itself. The kiddos were enjoying it so much, my niece who is 4.5 years old couldn’t stop talking about it. The butlers were super helpful, always on stand by whenever we needed help with the buggy. The rooms were sensational, spacious, comfortable beds, nice pillows. Overall it was a five star experience, definitely will come back whenever we can fit in our schedules in the future.

Surviving the Puncak traffic was tough, but getting a surprise upgrade to an Executive Deluxe room upon arrival made it completely worth it. The room was massive and exactly what I needed to unwind, especially with the oversized bathtub and Netflix ready on the Smart TV. I really appreciated how I could just take things at my own pace during the stay. I spent my time walking through the lush paddy fields, trying out the hands-on pottery class, and just hanging out by the pool or biking around the beautifully kept grounds. Even when the classic Bogor afternoon rain rolled in, it just made the whole vibe more 'syahdu' and relaxing while sitting out on the balcony. Overall, it was the perfect, much-needed escape from the Jakarta hustle.
