I am impressed by the conditions in the hotel, the service at the reception (I am delighted with Rado) and in the restaurant - the food is wonderful and varied. The rooms are clean, with good air conditioning. And the view of the city is amazing. I would come again!

Felt a little dispointed, spent ages picking this hotel as we like contempary hotels which are unique and offer something different, I picked you hotel as a early anniversary stay for my wife and I. The photos of the room showed a unique feature of the bathroom located within the room. However this was not the layout of the room as the bathroom was completely separate. Also the chair in the room had a large stain on it. So room did not meet our expectations. Whilst pleasant enough would have gone elsewhere which was cheaper and closer to where we were going, if we knew the room would be standard.

Everyone was very nice and so helpful. The room was lovely with a gorgeous view. The bar upstairs was very nice. The pool was clean and refreshing. The sauna was amazing. Only complaint is that the shower leaked horribly as the strip was damaged but they gave us plenty of towel to handle it. The staff was amazing. They really went above and beyond.
