Receptionist was lovely after we had made a long late journey. Room was excellent with lovely large bathroom in the accessible room. Barbra at breakfast was a sheer delight, so much so we looked forward to breakfast even more on day two just to say good morning. Lovely crew.

We have chosen this hotel for a week as a family in London and it was a very nice one. It is located in Canary Wharf which is perfectly connected by the tube to the city and to Heathrow. The area is safe, live and has plenty of restaurants. Nice larger than average rooms, fair prices and a great breakfast - a special thanks to Aline!! She's the best. We definitely had a nice stay!!

the room was great and as always people very accommodating and polite. the one thing that lets the hotel down is the quality of the breakfast. it has the best views but except from the bacon the rest of the cooked breakfast is mediocre and the coffee isn't great (i always go and pick up coffee somewhere else on my way to work)
