Nice cozy and good However the timing of coffee close at 12 pm lounge which is sth not good in Saudi culture knowing that many might stay up and enjoy teas and sweet Also we noticed that there is no kids club which affected the relax time for moms and there is no spa only swimming . One last negative thing tv channels where mostly don’t work even through we called and engineer came but not solution was provided But overall , staff was friendly and nice and helpful Breakfast was delicious as well

Unfortunately my experience was way below my expectations. The hotel is too hot whether in the lounge or lobby. The lobby smells food cos of the wrong placement of restaurants on the lobby!! I contacted the hotel to check in early but they didn’t, I waited for hour on the lobby without them even offering a cup of water. The communication was poor. On top of that, my first room I found a nicotine pouches in the trash can, and the bottle itself under the table, which indicates that the room wasn’t cleaned I was truly disgusted because I found this out only after spending the first night the there! They upgraded to a suite as a compensation but I found that not enough at all! The Tv doesn’t support reflect from phone. The Club lounge is very sad, tooooo hot! Only twice I found staff who could offer to help bringing coffee or so. No snacks or whatsoever There lounge downstairs is strange asking me to pay minimum of 100 SAR each time I want to sit working there. Overall, my stay was a disappointment. Only Mr F., and Ms Roqayh or Rayah, not sure of her name, who were welcoming and tried their best to accommodate me. Im expecting better from you
