No shower gel when i check in and will take a bath

Overall, my stay was great. The staff were lovely and always ready to assist in any way possible. Will definitely recommend for people to stay here, if there are in Jakarta. A special thank you to the staff that are always at the Morning Breakfast. They are always ready to serve and provide assistance when required.

First of all, thank you for accommodating all my requests during my stay. I was given a corner privilege room with a large window and a great view, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and quite spacious. However, the shower control could use some maintenance, as it felt a bit loose. The pool is lovely, surrounded by greenery, and the location is very convenient—situated above a mall and close to many dining options and attractions. The welcome drink for members was a nice touch, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options.
