Hotel is perfectly located close to one of the nicest neighborhood in Mexico City for restaurants, drinks and shops. Hotel is clean, rooms are tidy, breakfast is good. Would definitely recommend for a stay in this great city.

After a lengthy flight and bus ride, we arrived late at night and eventually arrived at the hotel to sleep. The receptionist spoke English fluently, so we had no trouble checking in.

Stayed here as part of a tour. Shame they booked out extra night in a different room . Rooms were comfy and clean with kettles and coffee sticks at least. Don't like the illuminaous shower and toilet area. Breakfast selection was decent enough although they couldn't keep up with refills often. 2nd morning there were multiple tour groups at the same time which meant a long queue for breakfast. Either more room or hotel needs to support better coordination.

It was excellent. Only "observation" ... the shower head is super wild, you cant open it without immediately getting wet or the adjacent floor in the WC also wet. Maybe a hand-shower would be more efficient for the reduce space.

The staff member were amazing from breakfast to housekeeping except the front desk team. They couldn’t recommend a clear place for a lunch, move the reservations to have one room on 3 ready 2h before check-in, precheck-in doesn’t seem clear to them. They just need more training while there managers on the side need to get off there bums.

Hotel was clean, however the rooms are lacking basic comforts. Bed & pillows are uncomfortable. Towels are thin and rough. No small towels for washing and showers are miserable. Very disappointed with my experience.

I arrived at the hotel, and was greeted by a very nice gentleman behind the front desk the check IN was fast and efficient I made my way to the elevator and then to my room. The room was clean, well appointed, and everything that you would need for a lovely stay in Mexico City was there.

Ibis says pets are welcome including cats. I told the front desk man and showed him our cat who was welcome at several ibis properties in France recently. When we went out to explore the property locked out of our room and asked us to leave when we returned. Outrageous.
