Basic stay, hotel is run down, needs an overhaul, limited restaurant options in neighbourhood but well located near conference centre, friendly staff but not english speaking

Very friendly personnel. However, the hotel is old and looks like a cheap and standardised charmeless place. All grey, horrible furniture and images on the walls. Sort of kindergarten for sad adults.

I didn't receive the correct amount of status nights. I couldn't ask for a correction or a receipt because the email address of this hotel doesn't work
