Dirty, old, hot in breakfast room, bad food, dirty furniture, incredible slow check in process with one person in peak time, bathroom door didn’t close, dirty and stained walls. Could not believe that was a Mercure. Na maintenance at all.

The location is amazing, close to the main beach area; the evening there is a lot to do, and during the day, you can go to the beach and chill. The rooms are very clean and nice. The breakfast is amazing and the staff, very nice too.

The check in process was with one very rude person. I drove for 5 hours and almost ask to cancel die certain non welcome attitude. How can a person with certain behavior be the entrance of a guest facility.
