Friendly Staff, plenty of eating options including sea food. We were provided with ammenieties when requested, items, etc. I am glad we stayed with you. I would only point out the lack of socket adaptors in the rooms. People from other countries might need them. Please consider having some in the future. Overall great experience.

Dirty, old, hot in breakfast room, bad food, dirty furniture, incredible slow check in process with one person in peak time, bathroom door didn’t close, dirty and stained walls. Could not believe that was a Mercure. Na maintenance at all.
