Our room was very tired and needed a renovation. The bathroom was very mouldy and didnt seem clean. The room was also extremely noisy from traffic even with the windows closed and we were on the 6th floor and still the noise was extreme.

The room was not like in the pictures. This hotel needs a full refurbishing and is below All/Accor standards. The room smelled like it was not opened for weeks. The facilities are very old and not well maintained. We even found a small cockroach after waking up in the morning. However, the staff was very nice and helpful

Our stay was short, but we were sad to see the condition of the hotel. Rooms with air conditioning not working. Dirty elevators (the stickers were removed from the doors and the glue was not removed, leaving a dirty appearance) walls in the room dirty. There were moths in the pillow and we still ran out of water the next morning, after 10am. If they already knew there was going to be a lack of water, they should have blocked the reservation and not have guests on that date. The general appearance of the building is bad and unkempt. I trust the Accor brand and I am an affiliate, but I was disappointed.
