Reception area hot, no air-con in use. One out of two elevatores BROKEN. I was assigned a room that was already occupied by someone else.... couldn't come down because the only working elevator was alway full... walls in the hallways and inside apartments/rooms are dirty/scratches.... renovation required ASAP !!!! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The overall experience at Mercure Fortaleza was poor. The hotel has a systemic maintenance problem that compromises guest safety and comfort. The first room I was allocated had broken tile inside the shower stall and dirty walls. Even changing room, the problems persists because the second room had walls with mold in the bathroom and uncomfortable bed.

Friendly Staff, plenty of eating options including sea food. We were provided with ammenieties when requested, items, etc. I am glad we stayed with you. I would only point out the lack of socket adaptors in the rooms. People from other countries might need them. Please consider having some in the future. Overall great experience.

Dirty, old, hot in breakfast room, bad food, dirty furniture, incredible slow check in process with one person in peak time, bathroom door didn’t close, dirty and stained walls. Could not believe that was a Mercure. Na maintenance at all.

The location is amazing, close to the main beach area; the evening there is a lot to do, and during the day, you can go to the beach and chill. The rooms are very clean and nice. The breakfast is amazing and the staff, very nice too.
