"The service is friendly and attentive. The hotel was clean. The problem is that the hotel needs renovations. The building is old, with issues in the elevators, old paint, and worn-out flooring..."

Old fashioned and badly maintained apartment

Poor maintenance of apartment, not only esthetic but functional like no closing windows. New TV also not functioning the cable tv system ( pdf with instructions not renewed for the new tv)

Worn out hotel

Ed Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Rooms are old, not well kept up, lots of street noise cause windows do not close tight, kitchen lacks the very basics, even to heat up some water for tea or coffee ( why even bother having a kitchen??), bathroom is moldy, cracked sink, etc. The only one good thing about this hotel is it’s proximity to the beach, absolutely nothing else.
