I have been fortunate to have had the Accor Brand experience at numerous hotels all over the World, majority of which have been outstanding, but this was more like a third rate establishment, and I regret having booked there now. When we checked in, due to the flight being delayed, it was around 01.00 hrs the next morning. The night Duty Team Member was extremely helpful in taking our luggage to the room, that was the only positive side of the stay! Upon reaching the room, what is claimed to be a fully equipped kitchen had 4 cups, 4 glasses and remnants of few assortment of cutlery, sufficient for two persons! The next morning, when a hot water kettle was requested, we received a sauce pan, even that after several requests via internal phone and personally at reception. There was absolutely not a single person who was prepared to keen to ensure our stay was at the least comfortable! The WORST NIGHTMARE of our experience was when we checked out, and NOT A SINGLE PERSON WAS WILLING TO ASSIST WITH OUR LUGGAGE, WHEN THEY COULD VISUALLY SEE THAT I WAS WITH THREE LADIES, WITH MYSELF HAVING A HIGH LEVEL OF DISABILITY!!! NO ONE HAD THE COMPASSION OF TRYING TO HELP IN ANY WAY, DESPITE THERE BEING 4 STAFF AT RECEPTION, AND OTHER MALE STAFF LOITERING IN CORRIDORS AND AT CAR PARK LEVEL! On top of that, when my colleague went to reception to return the Luggage Trolley, she was forced to pay for the 4th Person, when not an iota of service was even provided for three. I agree the booking was for three, in a 2 Bedroom Apartment, with sufficient sleeping facilities for 5 persons, but the 4th person had no option but to stay, as she was a young lady and would have needed to travel to her family that was some one hour away, and in fact she left early the next morning. Due to her safety and concern, we had no option but to ask her to remain! But nevertheless, there was ZERO EMPATHY, and my colleague was forced to make the payment. Upon landing, we were accorded a warm welcome and assistance not only from Airport and Airline Personnel, but equally from strangers and members of the public! But at the hotel, it was the right opposite with a TOTAL NO CARE ATTITUDE. THIS IS ONE HOTEL I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND NOR STAY IN MY LIFE EVEN IF I WAS DESPERATE!!!

I was disappointed with my stay. The room was located on a low floor, in an unwelcoming corridor. The bathroom was very cramped and did not even provide a shower cap. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as a glass for drinking water.

Swimming pool dirty, brown water and leaves on the water, and kitchen has no ice for guest. Absurd!

Ficamos extremamente decepcionados. Hotel muito velho e sem manutenção. Descuidado. Os dois elevadores pararam de funcionar durante um dia todo. Tivemos que subir 15 andares de escada. Tudo velho. Sauna dando choque. Academia da década de 70. Piscina cheia de azulejos quebrados. Decepção total.
