Hotel Reception was in line with Ibis brand, but elevator and hallways were in terrible shape, my kids asked if it was haunted, we have arrived by night. Rooms are somewhat adequate, plus for the size, comfortable bed and what it looks like somewhat recent renovation, but it was poorly preserved needs attention and care. Overall, the negative side had a heavy impact on family perception of the stay. I confess I usually stay at All Accor one notch better brands like Novotel or Mercure, but I've stayed on other Ibis before, and definitely this was one of the worse.

Well located, very good breakfast but old rooms that need renovation. Very close to Praia de Iracema with many fruits and fresh juice for breakfast. But shower and room was very old, it is visible that needs a renovation.

Room AC was bad. The lunch asked had a hard meat and I could not eat it. Asked for a meal for my kids and it took 2 hours to arrivce.
