The three elevators are always a problem when you're in a rush. It's very common to get stuck waiting for more then 10min. Breakfast was average, worst than my previous time in 2023. Checkin always have a burocracy. Water in the hotel is ridiculous expensive, need to go out and buy it in a market. Location is ok, but looks like it's not safe to walk down the street to the beach.

Good room, tv and air conditioning, the lifts to the rooms were slow and horrible and some days they didn’t change my towels even when I requested it on the door, but everytime I spoke to reception the staff were super friendly and they sent someone and it was cleaned. No shampoo, just soap and mattress wasn’t the most comfortable. Okay location can uber everywhere solid 6/10.

The hotel itself is nice enough, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast could be a bit more organized, as it appeared to be understaffed. The biggest issue with the hotel is the location. The hotel is surrounded by a seedy, decrepit neighborhood.
