Me and my husband came goa for the first time we stay in accor hotels, but i can say this is best hotel with all the ambience and services , from reception till pool and gym everything was well maintained staff is courteous and well trained i would definitely love to visit again

I came for a Holiday with my family. We took the elegance suite. The suite was spacious with duplex. The only issue with rooms are damp smell/water on walls. The pool area was nice and hotel had a lot of facilities. The only issue was with breakfast. The spread at breakfast was wide but the items were served cold and not warm. Breakfast was really disappointing. Location of the hotel is good and peacefull.

Doesnt look like a 5 star hotel room , aesthetics are poor , walls are painted with yellow poor quality paint , even the bed are noisy , not expected from the novotel .
