Liked the stay but each activity was not inbuilt and was asked to pay like the children'S. play area and arcade and the swimming tools....each activity had hidden charges which was asked to pay on spot and not include in final bill whixh was disappointing.

The property is decent but lots of improvement needed in Customer service. The front reception is crowded and chaotic throughout the day. The customer services need lots of improvement. The breakfast section is overflowing with guests and no proper seating support is available from staff. They breakfast staff don't seem to bothered about guests.
