Overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. However, one thing bothered me on the last day: one of the front desk executives called and stated that the room was sold out and that I needed to vacate. If the executive had instead asked about my vacating plans or if I needed additional time, it would have definitely enhanced my experience at Novotel.
