Hotel room very tired.. carpet heavily stained, toilet in ensuite keeps running after flushing (need to tap it to stop), parking a nightmare (someone parked in spot and not other spots available. Checkin process clunky. Reception not attended during reception hours

This hotel is definitely not a Sebel standard hotel and the advertisement of free breakfast is extremely misleading. You are given a cardboard box with long life milk, packet cereal and a juice popper, this is breakfast provisions not free breakfast! Fix up the wording so it is not misleading, when a Sebel hotel advertises free breakfast I was expecting a hot breakfast in a restaurant, I was extremely disappointed and when I pointed this out to reception staff they laughed at me. I had to go down to reception to check where breakfast would be served after we checked in and this is when I was handed this pitiful cardboard box, you would get a better breakfast on a school camp, but if I didn’t check I would never have been provided with this! There were curtains missing in the room and there were 6 down lights in the living room that didn’t work, the phone in the room didn’t work so you couldn’t dial reception and the towels had stains on them. Extremely disappointed and won’t be staying again. Accor really needs to re-evaluate their branding on this hotel as it is not up to standard at all. But they are still charging Accor prices!

I had requested for an early check-in in advance and the guy in the front office did not make any effort to get the room ready and i had to wait in the lobby after travelling for 17 + hrs for 2-3 hrs to get a room and they gave me a two bedroom when i was the only one in the stay

Between train station and Westfield. Was expecting hotel room style, pleasantly surprised was a comfortable 1 bedroom apartment. Hot water was hot, bed comfy, ice in the freezer would have been nice. Only negative is the tiles in bathroom are little tired so appear dirty
