My husband was the guest. Having to check in late at night via the phone was not acceptable. He found it difficult to understand the person at the other end. Was a lengthy and trying procedure.

I think you should take note of another review from 6/3 - it's the same as ours. For like them, one of the bedside lamps wasn't working, and the kitchen tap was loose and rattling in its socket. We are regular and loyal patrons of Accor and generally love their product. Alas, this falls into the category of the WORST hotels weve stayed. In a word, grubby and in desperate need of an overhaul and some love.

The room was the dirtiest I have ever stayed in. Significant black mould in the shower, skirting boards very dirty some were black with dirt carpet beetle in our bed

Totally unacceptable! We paid for breakfast and told at the front desk they are transitioning to new owner so not available (paid $100) but to get a refund told I have to go to HQ for that! Shower head broken in bathroom, one chair on kitchen table (missing 3!), and 4 towels for family of 5 provided. Only good thing was cleanliness and location.

Great location but the balcony is a bit grotty and there was a cockroach there (not that it’s an issue) and email communication with management is lacking.
