Check in process and staff on Tues night were very friendly, warm and lovely. Especially after coming after a long day, flight and at night. Staff in daytime Wed were the same - very warm and friendly. Staff made me feel relaxed. Room was very spacious and relaxing for me as an individual. It was queen room but one of the larger ones (room 201) compared to some of the other smaller queen ones. Food was nice - there was a decent selection of sandwiches, rolls, wraps and the like at night which was convenient and much appreciated. Even though the kitchen was closed, having those to choose from and eat later at night was great. Compared to when hotels only have food from kitchens that close at night. Breakfast buffet was very nice, good selection. Lunch was good too - except portion was bit small. I got chicken schnitzel which was quite small for schnitzels. One other thing - fridge in my room had 2 smaller milk cartons (with straws) but one had been opened, partly drunk from and had a straw in it still. I let reception to know and got a new one. Fridge was probably not checked by room service. I also really liked the lobby area and being able to sit at night there. Person I travelled with, we sat where bar area couches are and the big TV with ABC news. Daytime too is really nice there, comfortable to sit in that area or even dining area to relax or talk. Lot of natural light in the day there is a bonus. Plus the courtyard to sit outside and have lunch was something I really enjoyed in the warmth and sun. Very comfortable, relaxing and one of the highlights of my very short stay of only 1 night. Overall, stay was very nice, relaxing and comfortable. Thank you everyone
