Basic facilities and screen casting available to tvs.

We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered, particularly the mould in the bathroom and tissue by the window. This falls below our usual standards, and I’ve already raised this with our housekeeping team to prevent such occurrences in the future. We also appreciate your suggestion about having a QR code to provide information on hotel facilities and improving ease of TV use without requiring screen casting. Convenient access to Uni

Comfortable stay with easy access to university. Some minor quirks with lighting in room (room lights coming on with bathroom light - had to use my phone light during the night so my son wasn’t woken up)and slightly noisy air cond but didn’t affect sleep. Staff very helpful

Decent size rooms, good location, easy parking

I have stayed with your hotel numerous times and I am impressed by the added touches you have introduced since taking over from the Travelodge Macquarie Park, in which I have stayed for many years now. Your rooms are spacious and kept very clean. I enjoy the location, especially the outlook onto your courtyard, and then across onto the Macquarie University campus.

As an ACCOR Gold member I am used to arriving and having a fairly fast check in. We arrived, the woman behind the counter checked our booking in the computer and then told us to follow her. We were led to a self-check in counter and told we had to check in there. I was far from impressed considering she'd already opened our booking. What could have been a two-minute check in turned into a 15-minute check in which was not helped by a slow self-service kiosk. First impressions matter to me, so those first interactions with staff mean a lot. If I am going to have to check myself in, I'm going elsewhere. We were also taken aback when the same night a tour bus arrived, and all the passengers were forced to do self-check in. They were all tired and obviously unimpressed. We also noted that we had been left with half a roll of toilet paper in the room. The next morning I asked for more and was told it would come when the room was serviced. After a lot of frustration I finally got agreement to deliver asap, although even that still took well over an hour.
