It was good but I didn't like the additional daily parking fee of $16. Parking should be included in the daily tariff.

Enjoyed our stay, staff were fantastic. Beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on at a motel, pillows were also so comfortable. Rooms were clean and tidy. The bathrooms were a bit dated though and need some attention. We really enjoyed the location, very relaxing, lovely having some grass, gardens and trees. We even heard two Kookaburras in the morning. Would definitely stay there again.

Not a 4 star hotel for sure and I am not staying in any Mercure again

No body wash in the shower No dental kits provided. There was a rank odour in the toilet. Towels had visible spots on them. The breakfast was extremely low quality for the price. But the reception wake up call was on time on the last day at least.

The cleaning is not up to the expected standard. (Reception, no cleaning behind the computers for what looks like weeks or perhaps an entire month) Fresh towels had to be requested, my room was not cleaned each day nor were supplies replenished.
