One night unplanned stay. Reception friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Resisted a dip in the pool as it looked “Green”. Fine dining restaurant disappointing. Partner’s food dry and side dish forgotten ( compensated with a free beer), a rusty? music speaker hanging over the table. G clamps ( covered in cobwebs) appearing to hold parts of the windows together. Looks like it was once quite a flash place that has gone a bit downhill .

Our experience was OK - the swimming pools were the highlight for our toddlers. Our villa was very comfortable. Locals don't stick to the speed limit though and the roads around the resort occasionally felt a bit dangerous for little ones. The restaurant and bar felt like it was under-staffed.

It's a very nice resort and dinner in Barrett's restaurant was excellent. Our accomodation was a bit worn out which was disappointing.

I have been going to magenta eve4y year for past 4-5 years. This year, we had same house i booked last year.the house wss dusty, dirty and worn out. Maintenance was poor. Bowls had stains, dust on the fans ans all the windows, dead bugs oj windows frames, Pest control was not done. We saw massive live coacoroaches going around kitchen at night. At least 2 was found in a night. Front yard, where the dust bins are, no sweeping, used take away cups rolling around with leaves. (Ecidence was not sweeped before hand) backyard wss the same This visit wss a little disappointing
