Enjoyed my 2-night stay with the unit being very well appointed and the bed in main room very comfortable. Some items downstairs showing wear and tear; the lounges for example could really benefit from a steam clean as they had a lot of stains - the lounges themselves are good quality and very comfortable but look pretty average with the stains. The kitchen, particularly the gas stove top, had not been cleaned prior to my arrival and there were oil spatters across the stainless steel which I cleaned before using. I couldn't open the dishwasher which was a bit annoying - I reported this on check out. Some of the cupboard doors need re-affixing as they are loose. Even though I rang a few days before arrival, there were no available appointments at the Spa/Salon but with a major women's golf tournament on at the same time, that was probably expected! All that aside, I loved my much-needed break - even though the golf event was on and the resort was very busy, it was quiet and peaceful in the unit. Loved the closeness to the ocean and the available walks around the property. I'll definitely be back, with my family next time to enjoy.

Room was not clean with mould in bathrooms and surfaces quite dusty. Walls were heavily marked and central light in fan did not work. Otherwise, An hour before check out a cleaner walked in whilst I was showering.

The dishwasher was in horrible condition not only dirty from previous user, but the door handle was broken and the whole diswasher would come out as it wasnt fixed properly. When the cleaning lady finally came to clean it she was quite rude, didnt even say hello. She seemed anoyed by us asking for it to be cleaned. Another issue was that the back deck was useless as it was very dirty from previous rains and we had no means to clean it. Also the curtains need to be replaced, were too old and dirty.
