Upstairs carpet wasn’t clean, window blinds upstairs had black mould through them, kitchen benches still had some food mess, microwave barely worked, dryer sounded like a bit of a hazard, no porch lighting at night and my mother hit her head on the door fell backwards and luckily didn’t hit the back of her head on the ground. Maybe just the apartment we were allocated but this was the only time I’m been dissatisfied with an Accor room.

Spa bath in SPA centre did not work. Spa ladies nice. When trying to ring for room service- it was constantly engaged- we had to walk over and order. Food arroved cold, tastless and then gave us food poisoning - still un well 1 week later. Emailed manager- no response.

We spent a relaxing two days at this large resort and genuinely enjoyed our stay. The resort village is pleasant, beach access is easy, and the grounds provide a quiet oasis on the Central Coast—even for non-golfers like us. Dining was enjoyable, and while two of the three pools were closed, we made good use of the indoor pool. Our primary feedback centers on service: while the staff are warm and well-meaning, the execution falls short of international five-star hospitality standards and lacks the formal polish expected at this tier. It was still a restorative getaway, and we’d happily recommend it for a peaceful escape, but lifting service standards would elevate the whole experience.

The room definitely needs some TLC. Maintenance has not been done. Things like a suitcase stand was not there. Definitely not to the standard of a Pullman hotel.

Coffee at bar and restaurant was not good, bed was sagging and uncomfortable and both toilet seats were broken. A premium price for a sub par apartment. On a positive note - buffet breakfast was great and kids loved the indoor heated pool.

Comfortable stay, friendly check in and check out experience. Resort map provided with explanation of resort facilities. Unfortunately Barrett’s restaurant was closed on the Sunday night, however meals and drinks were available at Shallows bar. The food was excellent. We had breakfast which was also very good. Staff were all friendly at this resort. The only thing to note is the room needed a bit of an update or refresh, e.g. lounge and carpets however was a very enjoyable stay.

Found room filthy! bedside tables not cleaned, still sticky with cup rings evident,cobwebs hanging from fan, masking tape holding air ventilation screen in bathroom doors with dirty fingerprints. Chipped and stained furniture Mold found in bathroom. We DID NOT STAY. WE RECEIVED A FULL REFUND. neat grounds and pleasant staff. We strongly suggest Pullmans do a thorough audit of their cleaning companies. it is an embarrassment to Pullmans that you would even consider to continue with the cleaning firm and presenting rooms that way. I wont be staying again.

The lagoon pool wasn’t opened and it was the main reason why we booked there

was lovely and we had a brilliant time. i was so impressed with the service of the staff. my little one loved the activities and we thought everything was super comfy. we stayed in room 1803 and the only complaints i have are that the dishwasher did not work and wouldn’t start and that there was black mould on the bottom of the shear curtain in the master- which i found to be quite disgusting especially considering my infant child was also sleeping in that room with us. otherwise we had a great time!
