Room was old with worn carpet, stained doona on bed, no bottled water (had to request this), old shower over bath - simply did not feel like a loyalty member/guest, especially for the price

As aq Platinum members, very disappointed with no welcome amentity. No upgarde ar even mentioon, though aq few days before we were offered a chance to upgrade. The main bar on the ground floor is closed as apparently only used for private functions. The roof top bar sounded good but was closed on the first night for a private function. On the 2nd night, we had the coice of one table as again private functions had control. This bar closed early despite the time advertised on the website. The Cafe is the saving grace. Andrey was amazing and so helpful.

We stayed before the Lady Gaga concert. Queue to check in was about 50m long. Thankful to be a Diamond member and be able to join the priority check in lane. Disappointed to not have Drinks vouchers on my app, and my welcome gift in the room was an apple, pear and 2 strawberries.....no upgrade to speak of either. Wouldn't stay here again.
