After seeing our room was not clean when we entered, management was genuinely apologetic and moved us to the Executive Level and gave us complementary breakfast for the duration of our stay. Staff who greeted and assisted us were excellent

Nice room and beautiful bathroom, great breakfast, comfortable bed. Really bad noise in wall when shower upstairs (?) in use. Coffee pod machine in room but no coffee pods. Room came with a sparkling wine on arrival but it was placed warm on the bench too without a note, so had to check back on booking confirmation whether it was complementary.

Front service staff were excellent, unfortunately the room was very tired and dated and not "5 star". The taps in the bathroom were missing caps and were very hard to turn on and off. Breakfast downstairs in the restaurant was good.

We recently stayed at Pullman and overall had a pleasant experience, with a few mixed points. We were lucky enough to check in early, which was fantastic and really made our stay feel longer and more relaxed definitely a highlight. The location is perfect, and both the buffet and room service were lovely. The food was great and something we couldn’t fault at all. The room itself was quite basic, although I’m not sure if that was just the specific room we were allocated. It did feel like the rooms could use a bit of a refresh. We were located right near the lift, so there was quite a bit of noise that carried through, which was a little disruptive. Finding our way to the pool area was also a bit confusing especially the third floor walkway. We weren’t always sure which doors we were meant to go through, but my daughter had fun calling it the “Narnia door”. One small downside was service response time. I called down for English breakfast tea bags, and after 15 minutes nothing had arrived, so I had to call again. Luckily, someone came shortly after the second call. Overall, a nice stay with great food and a fantastic location just a few areas that could be improved to make it even better.
