All around good stay. I had the same lovely girl on check in and check out. She was an exceptional receptionist, very friendly, attentive, helpful, and respectful. You need more of her on your staff. 10 out of 10 for her.

Spacious room, clean bathroom, great for a business trip. Elevators quite slow as they are accomodating so many floors, and hallways very stuffy. Great location. Reception understaffed at check-in/check-out time.

My bed and breakfast booking was looking good but when I checked I was told the booking did not include breakfast. I thought it was sorted at checkout but I was charged for the daily breakfast, it took several phone calls which advised the breakfast package did not include breakfast. It was eventually sorted out but it left me very annoyed with the stay and frustrated with the response from staff.
