Multiple issues through the stay (fridge not working and replacement installed full of dead bugs and black mould, no towels, kettle dripped green/brown fluid from the base and every issue required 2-3 phone calls and/or visits to reception to actually have actioned) but were eventually sorted and was recompensed 1 nights stay. Made for a much more challenging 5 nights than expected but appreciated the eventual efforts to resolve. Gym very lacklustre. Phenomenal location for Brisbane. Overall didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel or experience.

Our stay was quite disappointing given the usual nightly rate for this hotel. The property was run down and in desperate need of updating. The lifts were old and we were worried if they were actually going to work. In the room there was no way to call reception when we needed more toilet paper. The pool area was dirty, the glass and tiles were dirty, I would not swim here. The food in the restaurants was expensive, and the parking was ridiculously priced. The gym is listed online as a fitness centre (rooftop gym) however it was a small room on level 3 with no windows and a handful of machines that did not appear safe to use. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

2 night stay in Brisbane. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The hotel was nice and clean and the restaurant was lovely. Very reasonably priced compared to others in the area as well needed 2 rooms. Would definitely stay again

Staff were lovely, received a warm welcome and gift (I am Accor Gold + Explorer). I booked the Pullman based on its premium reputation and proximity to area in the city I needed access to. I was extremely disappointed with my room. Without exaggeration, the room felt like that of a budget hotel, not a 5 star. The internet was too slow to do any work and I ended up hoptspoting with my phone. I wish I had stayed at the Sofitel instead which is similar in price but lightyears ahead in terms of being premium. This is not a 5 star Pullman. I regret staying.
