The sliding door kept falling off its tracks - maintenance had a go at fixing but eventually we just left it open. The sinks were cracked. We had to ask for clean towels the first day. The room cleaner/ deodoriser activated my asthma but service lady was great and stopped using it.

Room was nice but the noise from outside was frustrating. Service was great, breakfast was lovely. The hotel itself (lobby and restaurant being the exception) needs new carpets and painting. Lifts also could be updated.
