Room, facilities and cleanliness was all great. Wait at reception was not good. Reception always seemed slow or understaffed. Room service was served luke warm on both occasions.

Beds were comfortable and staff were pleasant however check in was understaffed and for an Accor Gold member, there was no welcome anything in the room. My daughter had stayed there previously and received welcome chocolates etc. The cafe staff were great and the food was excellent.
