Stayed for 2 nights, breakfast in the café is lovely and the desserts from the restaurant were amazing. Was disappointed to see you no longer sell Diet coke in the cafe.

Coming from the country and not knowing our way around Brisbane all staff were friendly and helpful. However, our room was for 4 people but only had 2 robes, we had to chase up more toilet paper as we only had a little on the roll when we arrived and no spare. The toilet kept running, one lift was broken so had to take staff lifts.

At almost $500 a night, I expected much better quality. Parking that was pre booked and pre paid was unavailable on arrival and it took speaking to three members of staff to sort this out. The manager was particularly dismissive. The room itself was very tired- light in the bathroom didn’t work, the wall behind the toilet needed repair, the bedside table was on an angle so cups slid off it. One of the guest lights was out of order which resulted in 5-10 minute waiting time for lifts. All in all a disappointing experience for the money.
