Room was comfortable. A little dated but ok. There was a water leak outside my room door. Didn’t enter my room so it don’t bother me. Seemed like a regular occurrence due to the state of the carpet in that space. Breakfast buffet was ordinary.

We had a room on the 8th floor overlooking the rundown casino building across the road. Very noisy room at night with what I assumed to be drunk patrons in the street below. Basic hotel room, had a damp smell to the room and the bathroom is in need of renovation. The long blue decorative cushions on the beds were stained as was the carpet in the room. The pool area could be great if it had some sort of shade sail or umbrella in some of the areas over sunbeds instead of having to lay out in the full sun.

Only one staff member cooking eggs huge wait time when opting for the scrambled eggs in Bain Marie they were cold and so was all the other ‘hot’ food

It was a comfortable stay, but lacked the extra touch that was expected from staying at the Pullman. The room was well presented and daily houskeeping services were excellent. The facility did dissapoint me on a issues. 1. complementary water was only provided on the first night; and only 1 bottle. 2. the TV was not internet connected an as such we couldn't watch online shows at night 3. on two occasions over different days we tried calling the concierge and reception with no answer. I had to go downstairs to for my request which they couldn't fufill without sending someone up 15-20 mins later. I only wanted milk as housekeeping forgot to replentish it for coffee. 4. and the overall appearance of the hotel in general shows it needs a lot of maintance.
