The only thing that I will mention is the carpets in the room could do with a refurbish as they were old and stained, other than that the stay was comfortable.

Outdated. Dirty - have photos and videos. T.V didn’t work. Got “deluxe” room with “ocean view” and have never been more disappointed. Only 1 staff member was decent enough to apologise and offer a refund but only the second night because we couldn’t stay in such a dirty place. So sad, I took my dad there after he had a mild stroke to relax and all it did was stress us out. Should have stayed at Noah’s or QT for the same price they are much better hotels with all round attention to you having a good stay. Will never stay with Novotel again.

The team provided my son and I with very good support and help with the storage of our mountain bikes in a secure location. It was definitely going the extra mile with the service. We really appreciate the smiling faces too.

Second day of our stay our room was not cleaned. After that we noticed that the cleaning was very cursory. For instance, no vacuuming and cups/glasses used was only done by wiping a cloth over it so no proper washing of the cups/glasses we were using. The smell of urine was noticeable in the bathroom when we first moved in and since there was no cleaning on the second day my wife ended up hosing down the entire bathroom herself to get rid of the odor.
