Nous sommes navrés de constater que le cadre de notre restaurant et la qualité de notre petit déjeuner n'aient été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous essayons pourtant de proposer une gamme assez large de produits conformément aux standards du groupe Accor. En ce qui concerne l'appel d'un taxi, nous avons connu par le passé quelques désagréments en appelant des taxis pour des clients à l'extérieur de l'hôtel qui leur ont fait faux bond. La compagnie de taxis nous l'a amèrement reproché ce qui nous a conduit à ne plus renouvelé cette pratique. Nous espérons que vous comprendrez notre position. Reasonably comfortable stay spoiled by Evening Dinners being served on small plastic tables in the bar area instead of the more comfortable dining room with proper tables and table cloths. Breakfasts struck me as being done " on the cheap" with not as much variety as usual and when e.g. pain au rasins basket was emptied it was never refilled. Also I was using the hotel to visit my husband at the local hospital. He was admitted as an emergency and I left the hospital at 10:30 at night with a half hour walk in the dark to get to Ibis Styles. I phoned the hotel who refused to call me a taxi(I an English and 73 years old and live in Orthez and I do not drive). Staff on the whole were helpful and pleasant ( except for the refusal to call a taxi). Hotel was clean but very much needs redecoration. I have stayed three times at the hotel for about a week at a time in the last two years and I have the sense that it has "gone downhill" a bit. This is a pity because the location is beautiful.

Outdated hotel - half price would be more correct - welcome drink not even a glass of 'ordinary local wine = n-welcome - smelling cigaretes in the room and the toilet -

Dear customer Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to learn that the smell of your room altered the quality of your stay. Peaople are not allowed to smoke in our rooms but theu sometimes do so if this kind of things happens please do not hesitate to contact the reception as soon as you arrive in order for us to find you another room. Concerning our welcome drink. It does meet with the standards of the Accor group and for this we propose to our clients any soft drink or a draft beer but no wine nor spirit as our night receptionist tried to explain to you at the bar. Chambre propre, accessible à l'heure, rangements suffisants, calme. Dans la chambre, une ampoule de salle de bain ne fonctionne pas, pas de kit de bienvenue (boisson, gâteaux, etc.), gros manques du buffet petit-déjeûner à notre arrivée en salle (pas de verres, pas d'eau, pas de viennoiseries, pain insuffisant) qui s'est rétabli en une quinzaine de minutes.

Nous mettons à disposition de nos clients le "Coin Hospitality" qui se compose de boissons chaudes et froides et projetons de l'agrémenter de viennoiseries après l'été. Concernant notre buffet petit déjeuner nous mettons tout en œuvre pour qu'il ne manque jamais de rien cependant il arrive que sur certaines dates comme celle du 14 juillet certains produits viennent à manquer dû à l'affluence mais nous tachons de vite les remplacer. Mauvaises odeurs dans l'hôtel. Chambre exiguë. Mini et unique ascenseur. Habituellement un ibis "style" est impeccable. Celui là est lugubre. En plus, c'est compliqué pour trouver une place pour se garer. Le petit-déjeuner est moyen. En juillet on trouve uniquement des fruits d'hiver (oranges et poires). Il faut réclamer pour avoir un buffet normal, les jeunes filles sont débordées. Heureusement la dame de la réception (la directrice je suppose) est adorable et hyper aux petits soins des clients. À elle seule, elle a sauvé notre court séjour. Nous avons l'habitude des Mercure et Novotel avec une carte accor, mais il n'y en a pas à Dax, dommage. Il faudrait démolir cet hôtel et le reconstruire aux normes "ibis STYLE". Le lendemain nous étions au Plaza à Biarritz, c'est un hôtel fabuleux. Merci pour votre attention. JLP

Nous sommes navrés que la qualité de nos prestations n'aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous sommes en train d'effectuer un rafraichissement de nos chambres afin d'apporter un peu plus de couleurs mais ce sont là des travaux qui prennent un peu de temps vu le nombre de chambres dont nous disposons. Nous espérons pouvoir proposer ce nouveau cadre dans des délais assez proches. Concernant notre petit déjeuner il correspond bien sûr aux critères du groupe Accor mais il arrive parfois que les livraisons des produits de saison souffrent de certains retards de la part de nos fournisseurs et nous nous en excusons.
