I stay in Accor hotels frequently, never been charged different than booking. I have sent an email now to hotel to correct overcharge. The stay was otherwise quite good and hotel was better than expected. But charges are always important, please do train the staff on this.

As I had registered with Accor, we valued being able to get into our room at 1230, with time to have lunch and a siesta after travelling from Brussels. There was no 'do not disturb' sign and our room was cleaned despite our telling reception that we didn't want that. The hotel seemed new and well appointed with a good breakfast and nearby shops and cafés.

The rooms at the Ibis in Cambridge are very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Breakfast is of an excellent standard. The staff with whom I dealt were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
