The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Had to ask for extra bin for room also bin liners. No sanitary bags and soap dispenser nearly empty. TV not connected had to request maintenance to fix.

Really enjoyed my stay here right by the train station. The area was busy but felt very safe. It's an easy walk into the centre of Cambridge and there are supermarkets and cafes next door. As a woman travelling alone, I really appreciated being given my keyql without my room number being announced. I thought this showed sensitivity and great awareness from the lady at the check in. I was also delighted to get an earlier than expected check-in, thank you!

Good overall stay. Bathroom was somewhat bijou but did the job. Staff were very helpful.
