For most of the trip the lifts were out of service, requiring all guests to walk up and down the stairs. My room was on the top floor of the hotel, so this was not a small feat with luggage. Additionally, the fire alarms went off in the morning two days of my three day stay, including while the lift was out of service. It was not a relaxing experience.

My credicard was blocked due to a fraud attempt, that happend during my trip. Therefore, I was unable to pay for the room upon arrival. The management was not open for any solutions: bank tranfer, leaving my pass port and paying next morning. This was extremly stressful

Apart from being next to the railway station, we’d like to express our deepest gratitude towards Medea from ibis. We dropped our phone on a Uber vehicle when we arrive to the hotel. Medea offered a tremendous help from finding the service hotline, offering different ways to solve and to comforting our overwhelmed nerves. She demonstrated an exceptional level of hospitality and made us feel better (out of all the misfortune we experienced before our arrival). Thank you!

Hotel and room were great, the buffet breakfast was really poor in comparison to similarly priced hotels.
