Positives: 1. Pool access rooms are very convenient. 2. Private pool villas are excellent. 3. Room service via QR code and pay also convenient. 4. Pool activities like the rainbow hill and floating accessories. 5. Staff friendly. 6. Close to the beach. Negatives: 1. Furniture in pool access room very dark and outdated. 2. Lighting in room was so dark, very hard to get ready even in peak daylight hours. 3. No staff spoke English despite it being advertised as one of the main spoken languages alongside Chinese. We had to use a translate APP with everyone and the first language all staff used to translate from Chinese was Russian as a default not English. 4. Western options at breakfast not very good. No crispy bacon, very fatty. 5. Pool bar was closed. 5. Pool sky jacuzzi not turned on. 6. Main restaurant furniture also mismatched at times. 9. No welcome drink. 10. No one helped take our bags to our room or showed us the way. 11. We had to request the room be cleaned every day, sometimes the cleaner still wouldn’t come and we had to call to ask again a few hours later. 12. Cleaning was not very good. Food plate from room service still left in the room after cleaners had already been and gone. Hair conditioner not restocked despite having run out. Bedsheets only tidied, not replaced even when there had been a visible spill on them. Twice they forgot to give us fresh towels after taking the old ones leaving us with nothing. 13. No note in the room about how things work like booking the paddle board or anything. 14. Limited food. Only two restaurants despite Trip.com saying there is five. The Chinese restaurant was very outdated and old looking. The main bar does sell food also actually but very limited options. 15. The bar had zero vibe and looked weirdly unfinished. It was nice but it needs something hanging from the very tall ceiling or something. Overall, it was very disappointing. It’s not the worst hotel but given it’s a Pullman I expected much higher quality in all areas. I was particularly disappointed with the restaurants, lack of pool bar and darkness of the room.

Beautiful hotel with traditional architecture and a charming atmosphere. Everything is very well maintained and in excellent condition. The breakfast was good, the gym was well equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My elite status was recognized, and I received complimentary fruit, afternoon tea, and an upgrade to a villa with a private swimming pool, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back again.

The check-in service efficiency is extremely poor. I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM, only to be told that my room was not yet cleaned. Even after the official check-in time at 3 PM, the room was still unavailable, and I had to wait for another half an hour. The overall service efficiency is really unacceptable. Besides, I had an awful experience with room cleaning. I was still staying at the hotel and had not requested any room cleaning service, yet staff came to clean my room while I was having breakfast in the morning. This made me feel very uncomfortable and ruined my stay experience completely. I would not recommend this hotel.
