We were checked in by Holly. Holly was very kind and patient in helping us find the suitable room. She gave us detailed guidance about the activities that we could do while we were waiting for our room. Also once she knew my elder son had pain in his ankle, she immediately helped us find some medicine that can relieve his situation. We also love the spacious room with view, the huge swimming pool and less crowded atmosphere in the hotel. But the help from Holly definitely left us unforgettable experience about the hotel. We are super happy with the hotel.

Hello team, I stayed at the Hotel Pool Suite for three days and had a wonderful vacation. The staff in the housekeeping department were friendly and responded promptly. The room was quiet, and the food was delicious. I would especially like to thank the housekeeping staff, Wendy Chen, the staff at the Long Bar, and the international staff team. They were flexible, adaptable, and very attentive. However, I noticed a few issues: 1. The shuttle bus did not arrive in time. We waited for the shuttle bus at the beach entrance for 20 minutes, but it didn't arrive, so we went back to our room. 2. The breakfast reception desk did not communicate with the hotel lobby in a timely manner. Staff checked the guests' rooms for breakfast three times within three days. 3. The waiters from the beach dinner aren't professional, did not know how to open the champagne bottles until the manager or another colleague came. 4. The worst experience during check-in was the room service. Upon receiving the serving tray, I found the table unclean, with food residue on it. An advice: hope the swimming pool and the long bar could run a bit later, since many customers need nightlife and would consume. The swimming pool bars need a billing-signing system, rather than paying directly or asking staff to go to the nearest restaurant to get the bill signed. Many thanks Kind regards Sihan Y.
