This is my first time to come to this hotel. As a senior tourist, I was impressed by this hotel. The hotel service staff was very friendly, especially Lyndi. He gave me the greatest convenience during my stay. I believe that it is the love of the group for its employees that has cultivated such amazing employees. Having employees like Lyndi is the property of the group. I also believe that there are many such employees in your company. Not only the staff, but also the scenery and design of the hotel are also excellent. The executive lounge is very elegant. When I return to Sanya next time, I will come here again and continue to make continuous progress.

It was a fantastic experience staying at Raffles Hainan Clear Water Bay. The receptionist was very professional and we were extremely well welcomed upon arrival. Right at the time we arrived, there was singing in the art space. The piano playing was very soothing and an additional song was sung to celebrate Mid-autumn festival. The room was very big with an ocean view. The resort had a lot to explore. Our butler Andy was very helpful throughout the whole stay. He managed to respond to our request in a timely manner.

Great hotel and compared to other Hainan properties it stands out that the maintenance is well done. Staff is friendly and for a non-Chinese speaker it's smooth to communicate. Layout of pool and beach are is great (just weren't able to swim in the sea and never found out why, that was a bit annoying). Rooms are large and well equipped. Restaurants are great with amazing quality and superb service. We will come back.
