We traveled to Frankfurt for Christmas markets with our 2 year old. We requested a crib and they provided the best crib I have had in a hotel. They even provided children’s toiletries and a stuffed animal for our son. The concierge was incredibly helpful in finding train tickets and making sure we had what we needed on our days out in the market. The staff at the restaurant were helpful for breakfast each morning making sure we had food for our son and the rest of the family. Overall a great stay and if our destination has a Sofitel I will prioritize staying there.

The following is what I wrote to the Sofitel Opera on my way to Frankfurt airport yesterday: Dear staff of the Sofitel Frankfurt Opera, Even though I am now leaving Frankfurt to return to Florence, I wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone at your hotel for making my all-too-brief, one-night stay with you this weekend so special. Your hotel is beautiful but what makes it really extraordinary is your remarkable team, from the welcoming and helpful front desk to the accommodating breakfast staff to the meticulous cleaning staff.
