This is probably one of the most I like hotel we have ever stay, the location is beautiful, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. and this place is a highlight of our 2 weeks in Thailand and we hope to be able to come back some day.

Veranda is nice place to stay, if you want to escape from your busy life, a bit far from the city but you will never disappoint, good vibe, fresh are with great service from all staff. That all I need from my holiday.

A stunning retreat

This is a small but stunning property, thoughtfully and beautifully designed. Rooms are large and generously appointed, though showing their age a little. The property has two restaurants, one infinity pool and one wading pool with jets, a spa, and a library /working area, and lots of other little spaces to relax. Highlights of the striking design include the reception area, the infinity pool (which look onto the mountains and nearby temple), and beautiful gardens that swell with birdsong in the day and the sound of frogs and crickets in the evening. Service is efficient. Accor ALL status is well-recognised through early checkin and late checkout, room upgrades, and welcome amenities. This is a terrific option for a short stay to relax and unwind. A longer stay of more than a few days becomes a little trickier, because the dining options on-site are not plentiful (though also not too expensive), and there is little in the immediate surrounds. Restaurants in Chiang Mai are about half an hour away; though the hotel offers a free shuttle, a roundtrip still takes about an hour. Overall, though, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

It was a great experience. Should have stayed longer. Excellent rooms. Enjoyed the swimming pool snd jacuzis attached to the rooms. The infinity swimming pool was great. The spa experience was amazing too
