Nice hotel room design and bathing items, helpful staffs, nice breakfast buffet. However, there are many mosquitos probably due to having multiple non fresh water pools in the hotel. Location is a bit far from city centre and the number of shuttle buses are not frequent.

Your resort is amazing buuuut. need a lot of maintenance and cleaning ( not the rooms ) such as that Fountain algae between building ,the great green garden need of ideas to use to merge the costumers with it and its become a good point for experience like place to set down , swinging ..etc , also breakfast it should be a good quality and more choices the coffee was terrible, the fruits not good , i see some butterfly on some food , halal food should be clear and no need to ask “ is this or that halal , house keeping and staff are nicely and in help when we need them , its was 16 years , must be maintenance . i hope you read my experience and help you to be batter In sha’a Allah

Nice swimming pool, good service and free yoga class. Breakfast quality and variety below 3 stars hotel standard. Medicore food in dinner in both restaurants. Poor housekeeping, e.g. dirts around basin, floor not so clean, missing towels and drinking glass, tea stain in cups, evenused bandage found in bath towel !! Many areas reflect a 20 years aged hotel needing refurbishment!
