For this stay, I used a Suite Night Upgrade for the Jacuzzi Pavilion, which I’ve stayed in before. The room is spacious, and we were welcomed with fruits and pastries as an amenity. The check-in staff was wonderful; she offered us a complimentary 1-hour aromatherapy session per person to make up for the lobby being under renovation. Every staff member was friendly, making it a truly relaxing getaway. The only issue we encountered was that the orange juice was spoiled on our first morning. However, it was handled very well, and they promptly prepared a fresh batch for us."

Highly recommended, best service, staff and experience. Even though on the first night, we got a technical problem with the air condition, but the staff very well organize handled all the things really quickly. On the next day, the manager came to us to apologize and take care us. We really appreciated for what she did I would like to give the credit for the manager’s name “K’Firn”. After that we spent time at the hotel, whether it was swimming, going to the fitness center, or just walking around the hotel, up to walking to pay respects at the nearby Wat Phra That, everything was perfect. In the evening, we also went to the Night Safari. Then we came back for dinner at the hotel—the food was absolutely delicious and the staff took such good care of us. It was truly a wonderful day!
