This was my second stay here because I had such a great experience the first time and wanted my mother to enjoy it as well. The only — and biggest — disappointment this time was that I could only get the same suite as before by paying extra. The staff explained that during my previous stay I had booked a higher room category, which was why I received a suite upgrade, while this time I booked a base room and they could only upgrade one level. However, I actually booked the same base room category on both stays, and my membership status is even higher now than it was before. Other than that, everything was very good. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

In conclusion, our stay at Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai was extremely satisfying. The staff at the check-in counter welcomed us with exceptional kindness, and the staff member who guided us to our room carefully explained the hotel facilities as well as the layout and features of the room in great detail.
