Had two night stay here in October 2026. The resort and surrounding area are beautiful. Great Views from both the room and the breakfast area. We were supposed to go on a temple tour/bike ride but unfortunately it was raining that afternoon. Only other is was we came back to the room after a day out and the bathroom sink was covered in ants. Not sure what they were after. The staff was understanding and let us switch rooms. It was a great stay other than that.

I stayed at Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai – MGallery Collection for 3 days and 2 nights. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and as an ALL Platinum member, I appreciated the room upgrade to a Deluxe Valley – Scenery View, which offered a beautiful view. The Good: Room & Views: The upgraded room had a fantastic view, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast: The food was good and tasty, although the selection was not particularly extensive. However, seating was somewhat limited, and there were no staff members actively helping guests find available tables, so we had to look for one ourselves. Swimming Pool: The pool is beautiful, and swimming with the surrounding scenery was a wonderful experience. However, the pool floor could have been cleaner, and more frequent cleaning may be needed. Rebieng Cha Restaurant: The food was absolutely delicious and definitely one of the highlights of my stay. Shuttle Service: The resort offers a convenient shuttle service to the city, which I used on the day of check-out. The Disappointing Part: Shuttle Service Unfortunately, my overall impression took a turn for the worse at the very end of my stay due to the shuttle service. I understand that the 1:30 PM shuttle is a one-way drop-off service and that the resort uses a waiting-list system, with bookings confirmed depending on seat availability. I also understand that the driver is expected to drop guests off at designated stopping points. However, what was disappointing was the apparent lack of service-mindedness from the driver. I was travelling with luggage, and although there was space to briefly stop at the entrance of the parking alley without obstructing traffic or other vehicles, the driver did not seem to consider this as a practical alternative. Instead, I had to walk out of the alley with my luggage. I was not expecting the driver to take me directly to my destination, as it was outside the shuttle's normal route and the walking distance was manageable. What I had hoped for was a little more consideration for the guest's situation. Since the 1:30 PM shuttle operates as a one-way drop-off service, the circumstances are also somewhat different from other shuttle trips where the vehicle needs to collect guests at a designated point. A small gesture of flexibility and consideration would have made a real difference. Overall Impression The resort itself is beautiful, the views are impressive, the food is enjoyable, and most aspects of my stay were positive. However, the disappointing experience with the shuttle service left me frustrated at the end of what had otherwise been a very pleasant stay. For a resort in this category, I believe service-mindedness and the ability to see situations from the guest's perspective are just as important as the facilities themselves. I hope the management will take this feedback constructively and place greater emphasis on guest service, particularly in shuttle operations. A little more empathy and flexibility can go a long way in creating a truly memorable experience. Thank you, and I hope to see improvements in the future.

I would give it 10 if they gave me breakfast for the following morning. I didn't get it because of Stay Plus mechanism although I chose Bed and Breakfast. Arrived at the lobby, I immediately felt the soothing air of green scenery. Got free upgrade to Scenery Pavilion, large room with large balcony. The balcony itself got large bathtub and large mattress, inviting intimate moment with great view. Yes, you can see the majestic White Temple, the sunset, with green tropical view. The restaurant provides nice food (one of the best Pad Thai), nice wine, and nice dog too! Actually, this is the first time I stayed at MGallery Collection, it is comparable with Marriot's Luxury Collection in terms of experience and quality of service. A must visit hotel while you are in Chiang Mai.

Upgrade wasn't available per Accor Gold policy. While I was offered breakfast, it was lackluster in quality. The room was damp and the air was stale, even with an air purifier. The restaurant for dinner was filled with mosquitoes with no fan or any ventilation system available. Staff was not trained not attentive (bringing red wine glasses for sparkling wine!). Thoroughly lacking in standard.

We loved our stay at Veranda Chiang Mai. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, with such an amazing view that we extended our original one-night booking for another two nights! Thank you very much for upgrading us to one of the rooms with the best view. The hospitality was excellent, especially from the concierge, front desk, restaurant, and pool bar teams. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was good, but the selection was a little disappointing for a hotel in Chiang Mai. I expected more Northern Thai specialties. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay. The gorgeous room, breathtaking view, and warm hospitality made it very difficult to leave. We would happily return!

The resort requires maintainence and more staff to better serve customers. Compared to stay at Le Meridien Chiang rai which is similarly priced , the service is lackluster, breakfast is ok, and the resort needs a proper board to indicate the presence is the location does not have proper lightning

From the moment we arrived, in a huge thunderstorm, we were made welcome. Our room was outstanding - a real wow moment. The grounds are beautiful. The little golf carts to transport you around the complex are perfect.

Every member of the staff provided excellent service and made us feel genuinely welcome and at home throughout our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the facilities we needed, making it a perfect place to relax. The hotel restaurant was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The Thai food had authentic, bold flavors, the grilled pork was tender and perfectly cooked, and even the mocktails were excellent. Breakfast was also impressive, with a great selection of Thai, Continental, and American options, all of which were delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would definitely come back again.

Our stay at Veranda Chiang Mai was much better than we expected. Everything was excellent, from the warm welcome and friendly hospitality to the outstanding service, cleanliness, and delicious and varied breakfast. Most of all, we loved the beautiful location and the breathtaking surrounding nature, which made our stay peaceful, relaxing, and truly memorable. One of the things we especially appreciated was the availability of halal food. This gave us great peace of mind and added an extra special touch to our experience at the hotel. Honestly, every detail was wonderful, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It was a truly beautiful experience, and we highly recommend it. We will definitely be coming back again, God willing.
