In conclusion, our stay at Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai was extremely satisfying. The staff at the check-in counter welcomed us with exceptional kindness, and the staff member who guided us to our room carefully explained the hotel facilities as well as the layout and features of the room in great detail. Not only at the restaurant, but throughout the entire resort, every staff member always greeted us with a warm smile and outstanding hospitality. We have stayed at many hotels before, but this was honestly one of the best service experiences we have ever had. Thank you so much for giving my wife and me such a happy and memorable time. We truly appreciate it and hope to visit again in the future.

Despite it being a great serene location and lovely staff, the often dilapidated state of many of the public areas like walkways and pool makes it quite a safety risk to guests. The timber walkways were often rotten, with holes and sharp splinters and the pools around much of the high pool were broken off, loose and missing altogether. They obviously have not spent enough on maintenance. Frankly it was too dangerous in many places. Also some of the ornamental pools / ponds were just green dirty and stagnant . Look awesome . Not good enough. I would never stay here again.

My stay here was truly impressive. Every staff member was professional and provided service straight from the heart. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were excellent. I loved the natural atmosphere, warm decor, and the refreshing greenery surrounding the hotel. The room was spotless and very relaxing. I return here every year to celebrate my wedding anniversary and birthday, and the hotel never fails to exceed my expectations. They always prepare beautiful room decorations and a birthday cake that is both stunning and delicious. I would like to thank all staffs for such warm hospitality throughout my stay.
