Very warm staff, helped us with packed sandwiches/fries for our early morning tour to Doi Inthanon. Given we stayed for our wedding anniversary, the room decor and compliments were also nice to see. Highly recommended, especially if you have Accor membership.

The hotel lobby and room we were upgrade to was amazing. The staff went above and beyond for my partners gluten allergy, and the front of house staff were all lovely. The hotel does need some upgrades, such as the pool chairs are all ripped and sagging. The decking around the pool is closed off, could be an amazing spot for sunset drinks. There should also be a full time bus service into town, that runs up and down most of the day, would Definately attract more customers in my opinion. The coffee provided is from a machine and honestly quite awful. Would recommend changing the beans OR using barista coffee for a true 5 star hotel experience

The room is needed to be renovated the flooring is not good. Comparing to the same rate with other hotel the price is not worth.

Overall is good, location environment, staff except getting hotel's tax receipt which other small hotels will give you back in just a few hours but this 5 star hotel i have to wait more than 7 days. This is unexceptable. Next visit to Chiangmai i 'd better try other hotel

Great place to relax. Food is excellent. But some design flaws in room. Vanity top and bedside table is too low. No hooks to hang towers and clothes in room. Gym equipment too limited only 1 treadmill
