Every member of the staff provided excellent service and made us feel genuinely welcome and at home throughout our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the facilities we needed, making it a perfect place to relax. The hotel restaurant was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The Thai food had authentic, bold flavors, the grilled pork was tender and perfectly cooked, and even the mocktails were excellent. Breakfast was also impressive, with a great selection of Thai, Continental, and American options, all of which were delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would definitely come back again.

Our stay at Veranda Chiang Mai was much better than we expected. Everything was excellent, from the warm welcome and friendly hospitality to the outstanding service, cleanliness, and delicious and varied breakfast. Most of all, we loved the beautiful location and the breathtaking surrounding nature, which made our stay peaceful, relaxing, and truly memorable. One of the things we especially appreciated was the availability of halal food. This gave us great peace of mind and added an extra special touch to our experience at the hotel. Honestly, every detail was wonderful, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It was a truly beautiful experience, and we highly recommend it. We will definitely be coming back again, God willing.

Very good performance overall, but I’d like to point out 2 things for improvement: check the cleanliness of the jacuzzi because we had a problem with cleanliness and odor when the bubbles were used. And at breakfast, offer fresh fruit juices, for example with an orange juice machine.

It was a nice room and some of the food was nice. I don’t feel it was up to a standard expected for a 5 star. Breakfast and some of the food wasn’t great. The maintenance around the pool which was supposed to be a highlight was very poor broken tiles and threadbare towels. The people were great

Value for money could be improved. We stayed in the largest unit in the complex, but the rooms felt somewhat dated and would benefit from refurbishment, particularly the bathrooms, as would some of the hotel’s overall facilities. The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, although communication was occasionally challenging due to varying levels of English. The dining experience was pleasant overall, though not particularly memorable. With some investment in updating the property and facilities, the hotel could offer a much stronger experience and better reflect its positioning and price point.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was about 20 minutes from airport and located quite strategically at the foot of the mountain. It is considered well maintained despite its proximity to nature. For those who likes nature bath, I highly recommend this estate. You can take a short break from busy city life and enjoy beautiful greenery, gardens, and morning dews. The breakfast spread was good and its price is reasonable

The resort is about 40 mins out of Chiang Mai and has a very relaxed feel to it. It is a very good high end experience
