Putida Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

The room was bad smell from water pipe. Housekeeper tried to make it good by deodorize spray which made me felt headache. After check out I haven’t gotten a night for fast track to gold status which i already registered until now (5 days passed). It’s maybe first and last stay at ALL ACCOR.

The condition of the room, furniture, toilet, bathroom door, were terrible! In no way should this property be rated 4 star. I’ve over 30 years of experience with the hospitality sector & travel extensively, this was hands down one of the worst name brand experiences we’ve ever had. Room has no windows, no natural light coming in. Room is dark. Stayed 3 nights & housekeeping did not bother to change sheets even once! Had to ask them to come in at 11pm when we returned to hotel & have them change sheets. Toilet rolls were not replaced, holder was empty when we got back. Bathroom felt so gross we didn’t shower there once in 3 nights, we showered outside! We had a connecting room & condition was same. At least the other room had a small window. A very, very disappointing experience.

The hotel is situated in a pleasant location, conveniently close to the town. Our room had an amazing view of the Chiang Mai city. The hotel provided a complimentary car park, iron service which made things much easier for us. The receptionist and staff offered excellent service and were very attentive. Tom Yum Koong was delicious and affordable. We were very happy with our stay and will recommend Ibis to our friends
