I want to give my deepest gratitude to staff Aun! I accidentally lost my personal belongings during my stay, and I was extremely worried after I left the hotel. Fortunately, Aun carefully found my lost items, took the initiative to contact me, and arranged to mail them to me at his own trouble. He responded to every message of mine promptly and patiently throughout the whole process. His honesty, responsibility and warm-hearted service really touched me a lot.
