One of the best hotel stay for us till so far. PROS 1.Duly recognized my Accor Gold status.Received personalized printed welcome message in room along with handmade soap as gift.Further, upgraded my room without any request from my side. 2.Requested over mail for small arrangement on our Son' birthday. Hotel staff was so generous that they have arranged complementary cake along with room decoration. 3. Enjoyed Swimming Pool with complementary Drink Vouchers which I had received while hotel booking through Accor app. 4.Their Pixel Restaurant was eligible for accelerated 3X Reward points on F&B bills for Accor loyalist. Dining as well as drink discount were extended as per Accor terms. Even, F&B bill payment was allowed through Accor Points. 5.Ample space for parking our rented car. CONS 1. We as a family, haven't observed any major CONS. However, just for further improvement, Restaurant Menu may be placed in swimming pool area for deciding orders. Further, though depth of swimming pool has been mentioned on pool floor, pool depth may be mentioned in vertical fashion on nearby wooden fixed sitting arrangement for better visibility.

Constantly loud traffic noise and in the morning noise from pigeons nesting on the outside structure. Pigeon droppings everywhere.
