The hotel staff was so friendly n helpful, although they made mistake of arranging me a smaller room (which is smaller than the original room type i booked) when i check in.. the front desk lady helped me to change room immediately after i told her, she even guided me to check the new room first before room moving, to ensure that i’m happy with the new room type. The whole stay was good, the room was comfortable with decent price n the location is great, close to Nimman shopping area with 7-eleven nearby. There are only some minor problems, as the hotel seems a bit old n dirty at the balcony, also the room is a bit dark, i suggest to add some more light into the room.

After a brief issue with the booking rates, which was quickly resolved, I found our stay to be very satisfactory and would continue to stay at the Ibis styles in future visits to Chiangmai.

Room in middle building is gettibg old but stinn clean. Noisy at bed time due to close to the road, airplane take off route and also lots of birds. However, overall is acceptable.
