Decent mid-range hotel

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the lively Nimman area. The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff, on the whole friendly. On my first night I had an issue with a loud airconditioner and I was promptly moved to another, quiet room. Breakfast is decent, although geared to an Asian palate. The swimming pool is functional.

I don’t know what happens about my under standard for platinum member benefit at here. 1. No room upgrade. 2. No alcohol drink in Welcome drink list You know what! This is very disappointed! My friend got all benefit but I didn’t!!! I need more attention about this service.

Nice Family Room

My family of 3 stayed in the Family Room, which in actual fact are 2 rooms connected via a door. Suitable for families with relatively independent children. The rooms were quiet, clean and spacious; and well equipped with the necessary amenities. We did encounter a couple of issues like toilet not flushing properly and the bath drainage was blocked leading to flooding out to the room entrance area. These were readily rectified. Also, the pool was closed for renovation, but this was not made known to me at the time of reservation. Location wise it is not really near to any attraction or place of interest, but it is convenient and not too costly to hail a taxi.
