Dear Sir. We are really sorry that you did not sleep very well. Of course, we are not responsible for the noise the neighbour clients could do. As we say when check in, we are always present at the reception desk. Maybe it should be better to ask us to do something or change your room if possible, instead of leaving a bad rating.
