Es tut uns aufrichtig leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat – insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Sauberkeit, das gastronomische Angebot und den Empfang. Ihre Anmerkungen zur Instandhaltung der Gemeinschaftsbereiche, zur Qualität des Frühstücks und zum fehlenden Service im Gastronomiebereich sind für uns sehr wichtig. Wir werden diese Punkte an die entsprechenden Teams weiterleiten, damit wir uns schnellstmöglich darum kümmern können.
