1)We arrived in hotel at 3 30pm. I showed the receptionist my booking reference and he found my booking. The room should be ready as your check in time is 3pm. However, we waited for 3 hours till 6:05pm. THIS IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT. 2) my husband was made to pay extra 117 euro even though I already made full payment including tax and fee at the time of booking. My husband was only given transaction detail instead of proper receipt, which didn't even show what are the payment was for. On the evening I went to see the receptionist, who admitted a mistake was made but he could not tell me what the payment was for. He could not process the refund either. This wasted me a lot of time as I had to queue several times until it was resolved by another receptionist. Each time there was a long queue as there was one receptionist. 3) The location is bad. Other Novotel are next to train stations or city center like Orleans and Tours, but this one is out of nowhere 4) Price very expensive. Not worth half the money I was charged.
