Dear Mister L., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay to our hotel to Blois. I'm truly sorry to read about your disappointment and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please allow us to clarify that your reservation was made through an external travel agency. So, we did not have access to your direct contact details to send you this information concerning the temporary closure of the swimming pool. Nevertheless, this information was clearly communicated in advance on all of our official sites , including our Accor website, Booking.com and Expedia. I'm also sorry to learn about your dissatisfaction with our restaurant Le Quai experience. Your comments regarding the menu availability and the quality of the dishes have been shared with our food and beverage manager Mr JACQUES for review and improvement. Finally, I regret also not to have the opportunity to discuss these matters with you at the time of your check out direct exchanges.
