Mr. F., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at the Mercure Blois Centre. I am pleased to read that you appreciated our location and found your room comfortable. However, we are truly sorry to learn about your experience during breakfast, which clearly did not reflect the level of service and hospitality we strive to provide to our guests. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the attitude you encountered from a member of our breakfast team. Your comments regarding the handling of your plates and the interaction you described have been shared with the restaurant management so that this situation can be addressed seriously with the concerned team member. This behavior is not acceptable and does not reflect the standards of a 4-star Mercure hotel. I fully understand how frustrating this experience must have been and regret that it negatively impacted your overall impression of your stay. Globally it is OK. The personal is very nice and welcome. It as nice to discover that the rooms has been renewed. But there was no pressure on the shower, the sauna and hammam ware not working.
