Please accept my apologies for the delay in preparing your room upon arrival and for your disappointment regarding the restaurant service and the quality of the salad offered. I will personally share your comments with our Restaurant Manager so that your feedback can be reviewed with the team. Regarding your room, I would like to clarify that our Privilege rooms are designed in a duplex style, with the sleeping area located on a mezzanine. We understand that this layout may not correspond to everyone's expectations, and I am sorry if it was not what you had imagined. Concerning the balcony, please note that we do not promote or guarantee a particular view for our Privilege room category. Nevertheless, I regret that you found the balcony not to your satisfaction, and I have taken note of your comments regarding its condition and the lack of seating.
