Friendly welcome at reception. Room was quite small but was told over the phone the only way to guarantee a bed of 180 cm was to book a classic room with 2 attachable beds. Went to the restaurant the first night we were there, it was busy, but something went very wrong with our order, same for the couple sitting next to us. We had to wait for more than hour for our main dish to be served. Everybody else in the dining room was getting their, but not us! The server was nice and apologised profusely, but nothing else was done or offered to try to make a bad situation better. On our second night we went to the bar and there was only one person working. It was obvious that he could not be efficient working on his own. We really felt for him, it was clear that he was working hard to try to do all he could to serve people. He really did his best, but he needed another colleague. We cannot fault him, he managed to keep his sense of humor. That said, the bed was good and comfortable, the room was clean, breakfast was good, and overall staff friendly.

The hotel is well appointed and the rooms were lovely and clean, the staff were very friendly and the food and beverage services were fantastic (especially the Breakfast buffet)
