On our arrival, the receptionist was extremely helpful and informative regarding local knowledge of Leiden. Unfortunately, I didn't record her name, but I'm sure you can check the duty rota with our time of checking in. She really deserves a pat on the back as she is an excellent ambassador for the hotel and the Accor chain.

Very good location, comfortable room, helpful staff. However, the room was slightly cold and the AC was loud and took a while to heat up.

Well located. Staff at reception nice and kind. Room freezing cold. Heating system was turned off either automatically or by service staff and temperature dropped to 16C. No heating system in the bathroom.

I have staye dhere ver often. It is a simple hotel located near the station. Good if you are travveling by train, but not a good option if traveling by car.
