The staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable. The area was perfect. Walkable with great shopping, restaurants and food shops.

The room lacked amenities. Tiny television, no USB plugs for international travelers, not enough blankets or pillows. The shower is poorly designed.

About the doors being locked at night, this is for our guests and our own safety. The night receptionist may be doing his safety round or preparing the breakfast. The hotel is like any other Ibis, functional and conveniently located but the temperature in the room was unacceptable, no warm air as much as you try and I hate the windows that cannot be opened.
