Overall experience was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing was about the handling of ALL members. I did not see any express check in line for ALL members and the staff did not asked about the check out time preference as i shd entitle late check out. But i appreciated the check in staff was really friendly and introduced the premium wifi usage proactively. While I was at the lobby bar and asked for the welcome drinks, I was enjoying my drink with my fd and the manager(?) asked us to leave as we had ordered room service and we had to leave with my drink. I was surprised about this arrangement. I understood it was really busy because of the concert but I did not expect that as a member.

The location is excellent, situated right in front of the Impact Arena, where I recently attended a concert. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I had an unfortunate experience with one of the porters. I was waiting to retrieve my luggage behind another guest, but once they were done, the porter ignored my presence and instead assisted the person behind me. I had to approach a different porter to finally retrieve my bag.
