Airco was not working. Also it was not possible to warm your food if you want to. Try to put a microwave for the guests.

Friendly staff, great central location. Beds were comfortable and good Aircon. I wasn't keen on the metal furniture in the room I felt like I was going to bang into it! The kettle had to be placed on the floor to boil and the TV didn't work.

Pleasant stay, very clean hotel, beds relatively comfortable, food average.Shame when we got there at check in time (3pm) when we were told that our room wasn't ready. When I asked how long, the young girl on the reception said she didn't know. I said well 10 mins, half an hour? She said well it could be an hour or even 2 hours which I replied that 2 hours would not be acceptable. After travelling for 4 hours, we wanted to rest in our room and freshen up so was disappointed we had to wait around. We did get a free drink from the bar as compensation.

Near the underground, not far to Tate Modern and walking to St Paul Cathedral and London and Tower Bridge.

It was in a good location, but the overall experience wasn't very good. There weren't trashbags in the cans, the towles were in different places, the lightswitch was in illogical places, the bathroom placement was stupid as well.
