I generally like Ibis and Accor group and am a gold status member, so I know their international standards. This one in London is obviously relatively expensive as it is in London, but the quality of the rooms, breakfast etc. is below my known standard. What is an absolute no go, is that there is no water in the room. Absolute standard to have complimentary water in the room, and if not complimentary it should at least be in the room.

Well located. The room on initially entering was not aired and bathroom unpleasant odour. Beds although comfortable were very narrow. Overall design was very basic. As two able bodied people booked into a disabled room believed the room was in need of a revamp if this is the general style and standard being offered to those with a disability. Having previously stayed in Ibis in Leeds this was not what we expected we were offered a room change but due to timings and length if stay did not take up this offer.

My daughter and I stayed for 6 days. Nothing to complain. We didn't took the option with breakfast as near by there are different options that we like (Prets,Costa..) all staff very gentle. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful to have a/c when London is over 30°C
