Positives - easy check in/out, breakfast ok, good location. Negatives - room 119 is over a loading bay, so the delivers arrive at 5.30am which wake you up and keep you awake as the deliveries keep coming, also very noisy when the room next door flush the toilet. No proper desk to work at in room

Hotel well located and a comfortable stay. Lobby was warm and inviting. we appreciated the lobby bar where we could meet friends and chat.

Lovely room, great location Not enough bedding or pillows in the room. We had a family room which was a corner room very large and spacious but not enough plug sockets by bed for medical equipment

Our room had beds and a working bathroom, it was adequate. But many aspects of the room and service at this hotel were disappointing.
