First time staying at the Novotel Sydney West HQ. Very pleasant stay. Spacious room & comfy bed. Foxtel! Very convenient with plenty of cafes and restaurants. We didn't need to leave the premises to look for food! Gym, pool and Tenpin Bowling just a few steps away.

good hotel poor service

the onsite restaurant provided poor service. At check in I told the staff that I would be checking out on the Wednesday, they stated that they would fix this. When I went to check out yesterday the staff had no idea.

We parked our hired car in the free hotel car park. The vehicle was vandalised. Hotel staff directed me to the premises next door as they said that they are not in charge of the car park. For the cost of this hotel I would get a hotel with secure parking next time.
