We had the best experience staying with our pet "Bubbles" (Shitzhu) - we never thought that our stay at a 5 star hotel with pets would be so comfortable and so flexible. The whole team of Novotel Aerocity - right from the guest relations team member to the head of guest relations - the rooming team from the reception to the head of rooms division, operations team member to head of ops, even the GM of the Hotel were so cordial and each and every of this team member has met Bubbles personally - the teams were more than caring at every step - the best part was we felt Bubbles was like a Hero of a film - where ever we walk in the hotel- any one seeing my pet - they are like hey this must be Bubbles and there is a talk abt this hero in the entire hotel. The teams went out of the way to set up some good toys for my pet - a separate bed, and what not. The best part was there were 3 flower bouquets - one for me, one for my wife and the 3rd one was for Bubbles - The best part is the 3rd one is made like a miniature version and a small one - that so cute - its like a size of my little finger. Each and every small detail was appreciative - and we strongly recommend to stay at Novotel & Pullman Aerocity if you travelling with your pets. CHeers to the entire team and thank you once again.
