The rooms and specially washroom need a major overhaul. The washroom seems as if it is some temporary makeshift washroom with cramped up space and inferior walls, acccessories. The room, almirah need a major revamp/ improvement and increase in space/storage. Even a basic iron and iron stand were lacking. Even if we compare it with contemporaries like lemontree, it lags behind significantly in the experience. The restaurant and food are OK.

I was totally dissatisfied with my stay. The wash basin was choking & with water staying till the basin was full and then taking half an hour to get emptied. I reported this at the reception in the morning next day, only to find it in the same condition when I returned in the evening. While on one hand, big displays have been put for saving water, the toilet flush one uses ( on the right side) for getting limited water was not functioning, making one use the right hand flush button which forces more water. As an Accor member, I have been getting a welcome drink coupon; however this time I had to see and the reception guy said it would come in the App. It did not come in the App and then I was provided a physical coupon. This took time and the whole objective of checking in on line to save time was lost!
