Breakfast is barely average. Limited menu. Even the bakes are limited. Children can't enjoy the spread. No response from Duty Manager mobile after so many calls pre check in. Check in counters need more people for management. As this is a budget hotel. Traffic is high and the reception is understaffed for peak hours.

On arrival, the check in desk process was quick and easy and luggage was brought to our room quickly. The TV didn’t work in the room - we requested an engineer who never showed. I needed to weigh my suitcases before heading to the airport and called guest services for assistance who informed me the scale was broken and nothing could be done and whilst I was still talking hung up on me. I escalated to the manager who called and came up with a suitable alternative that they did have another weighing scale they could use and weigh my cases. The bell boy staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was a decent variety and staff attentive. Hotel is in a good location but I didn’t explore atrocity
