Left luggage issue

Everything is 5/5 , except 1 major issue left 1 Luggage weight more than 10 kg and even after 12 hour of check out nobody bother to call and inform they have received or located a left luggage and after my call to duty manger to check person from junior lost level called back to say yes they found 1 luggage , shame to duty manager who did not even bother to call back himself and I am Dam sure no action will b taken against anybody who did not even bother to inform customer about a left baggage, customer satisfaction is not only food quality , location , check in checkout service it more than that and sorry but you have failed .

The staff lady who was in the reception was rude. She doesnt know how to treat the customers. Big shame IBIS.

It was a pleasant stay. Humble staff and hygienic room. Breakfast was superb, just have to be there on time. So many options and everything was tasty. Aerocity food joints were just around the corner. 1 min walk and you got more than 10 eating places. Hotel was very neat n clean. Washrooms should be little noice proof. Rest everything was amazing about Ibis. Will highly recommend whether you are traveling for business or with family/friends.

It was not a great experience as I was not knowing that ibis has small room and bathroom also. Certain things has to be taken care specially in breakfast the paneer paratha was not good. Lobby was also not properly clean. Being a part of Accor group it has improved a lot.
