Ibis is a safe landing in Delhi at night, after a long long trip. The crew is extremely gentle and helpful. The restaurant is very good. However, I would strongly suggest that the bedrooms are renovated - they look very old, and, for the price they cost, they should be better. Especially the bathrooms.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Booking Experience – Booking ID EMT16… I booked accommodation through Easy My Trip under Booking ID EMT16…. The reservation was made for 5 rooms for 10 adults, and the payment was completed successfully. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that only one room was showing in the booking records. I reached the hotel at around 12:00 AM after a tiring journey. My flight was scheduled at 6:35 AM, and I was expecting to get a few hours of rest before departure. Unfortunately, due to the confusion between Easy My Trip and the hotel regarding the booking details, the room was not allotted to us until 1:30 AM. This situation caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary stress at a late hour. As a customer who had completed the payment and confirmed the booking in advance, I expected a smooth check-in experience. Instead, I had to wait for an extended period because of what appears to be a coordination issue between Easy My Trip and the hotel. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by both the hotel and Easy My Trip. The overall experience was very poor, and it fell far short of the standards expected from a reputed travel booking platform and hospitality service provider. I request you to investigate the matter, provide an explanation for the inconvenience caused, and take appropriate steps to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
