A complimentary pick up and drop off from the airport was an added bonus! Just one positive critic for the future - in room 729 the shower head water pipe needs to be fixed as it was broken resulting in large amounts of water leaking out of it.

It was OK. You need to list that you can only do up to a certain amount on your currency exchange. Your stuff also booked the taxi to the wront airport/terminal. Room service was appreciated and good.

Short review The stay was not comfortable. There was constant hammering and nailing noise throughout the day, which made it difficult to sleep. The washroom was uncomfortable. The shower water temperature was also inconsistent — when set to hot, it suddenly became very hot, then normal, then hot again. Overall experience was below average. Detailed review My stay was disappointing mainly because of noise and bathroom issues. Throughout the day there was continuous sound of hammering or nailing, which made it hard to rest or sleep properly. The washroom was uncomfortable. The shower temperature was not stable at all. After setting it to hot, the water would suddenly become extremely hot, then turn normal, and then get hot again. This kept happening and made the shower unpleasant and unsafe. Because of these issues, I would not recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay.

All of my previous stays at your hotel have been excellent, which is why my recent experience was extremely disappointing and has made me hesitant to book your hotel again. On my recent visit, the reception team informed me that I had two options: either pay an additional ₹3,500 to get a room ready within 15–20 minutes, or wait for approximately two hours and then return for check-in. What was even more concerning was that I was told that, even after waiting for two hours, a room could not be guaranteed because the hotel was overbooked. This situation was very difficult to understand. If a room could be made available within 15–20 minutes after paying an additional ₹3,500, I was left wondering why the same could not be arranged without an extra payment. September 3rd was my birthday, and I really did not want this situation to ruin my day. Rather than arguing with the reception team, I decided to leave, have lunch at Ambience Mall, and return to the hotel after approximately two hours. Even after returning, I had to wait another 5–10 minutes before my room was finally ready. As a returning guest who has previously had excellent experiences at your hotel, I found this entire situation extremely disappointing and inconvenient. Being asked to pay an additional ₹3,500 under these circumstances, especially when the hotel was reportedly overbooked, was particularly concerning. Considering the inconvenience caused, the uncertainty around my room despite having a booking, the additional payment being requested, and the fact that this happened on my birthday, I would request the management to please review this incident and consider providing a **refund/appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused**. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously. I have enjoyed my previous stays at your hotel, but experiences like this can unfortunately make a loyal guest reconsider booking again.
