The time taken to check in was pretty long even at midnight. The room is very basic and the pre fabricated washroom looks awkward. The tariff charged is exorbitant for the room provided

Excellent stay with great hospitality. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food quality was outstanding, with a wide variety of options in the buffet. A special thanks to Rashi- INSPIRE for assisting me with a smooth check-in and check-out process. She was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming throughout. Her courteous behavior and prompt assistance truly enhanced my overall experience. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. The staff was polite and attentive. Highly recommended, especially if you are booking a package with meals included.

I booked a hotel stay through Agoda for two adults and two children. Upon arrival, we were given only a king size bed. I requested additional beds from the hotel staff and offered to pay extra, but they informed me that since the booking was made through Agoda, I need to resolve this issue with them. When I contacted Agoda, they stated that changes could only be made directly by the hotel. This has led to a frustrating situation where neither party is willing to assist in resolving the issue.

Rooms are small and property has a mild odor, needs deeper cleaning. Great restaurants nearby. I tried to call the property several times prior to check in re a few questions, no one answered the listed phone number.
