Clean and modern hotel let down by a noisy bar and restaurant with loud "music" and initially ongoing drilling. The buffet had a poor choice of dishes and was not good value for the cost. The overall cost was high for a Delhi budget hotel.

I had a nice room, the staff were great and check in process was well-managed. My room was expensive but unfortunately I didn’t get the good sleep I was hoping for owing to the noisy ventilation system, this was independent of the air conditioning, which I had turned off.

Rooms are very small feels like trapped in an airplane. I was not supplied with water for 3 hours Food supplied after 1 hour after repeated requests. So I checked out in the evening and went to another hotel. I would say not worth the money.

Terrible. Hate when the towels so old and worn out as if floors are wiped with them. Sink not working. Why do you have to rely on people’s feedback and not go and check yourself ? Check in was a nightmare too, took 30-40 mins to check in as only 2 staff at front desk.

Check-in: October 4th Check-out: 1:00am on October 11th Return flight: 4:35am October 11th On the 1st & 2nd day of my stay (4th and 5th), I asked the reception and hotel staff if I could change my reservation and check-out on October 10th. Most of them said "it's not possible to change it" and one lady said "we will check and come back to you". However, until 5pm on October 10th, I had no contact from the hotel. Since many staff members told me it's not possible to change the timing of my check-out, I understood that's the way it was. When I came back from the exhibition around 5pm on October 10th, I received phone calls from the hotel while shower and my sleep, and was told that "your check-out is today and you need to pay extra for longer stay, when you check-out" and got quite confused. At that moment, I already had an understanding that it was not possible to change the date of check-out since nobody came back to me. I wish anybody could have informed me earlier and it was not the way my inquiry was handled.

I checked in for 9nights (1+7) on October 3, but there was no welcome fruits/drink in the room. Which was totally fine until I came to know that the 2 colleagues who checked in the next day got both. I inquire the reception about the difference and she said other two were higher ranked members. I new it was a lie but I stopped at that.I am Silver. It was the first time ever for one colleague and the other was a Silver. Little things, but disappointing. Had she said sorry for the mistake, that was it.
