I extensively travel across the world, and stayed in various Pullman in different countries, and I can confidently assert that my stay at Pullman New Delhi Aerocity has been my best Pullman experience so far - an unrivalled sense of hospitality, multiple kind attentions of the staff, sophistication of the hotel and its modern and spotless facilities (cosy business lounge at 6th floor, perfect set-up to do work in a comforable environment; superb gym, fantastic spa & salon facilities, great pool), sound diversity of food options, and a very competitive price. Perfect combo, and kudos to the team for what was a stay to long remember. Special thanks to Farzana for her constant availability and efficient support for any query that I had during my stay.

I had a good overall experience at the hotel. However, I would like to make one important suggestion. It would be beneficial to have a basic emergency medical kit available, including essentials such as a quick blood sugar test and a BP monitor. When I enquired with the staff, I was informed that these facilities were not available. Considering the size and standards of a large organization like yours, I feel having basic emergency medical equipment readily accessible would be a thoughtful and responsible addition. At the end of the day, hotels are dealing with people of all ages and health conditions, and having such basic facilities on hand could be extremely helpful in case of an unexpected situation.

1.we stayed for 2 nights and went out for sight seeing during day, no house keeping was done 2. Bathroom shower water splashing, so water spreads across complete bathroom floor outside too. very uncomfortable for next person to enter bathroom.
 3. Very poor service, as it took hell lot of time to connect to guest services
 very frustrating

Everyone is so friendly and well mannered and perfectly groomed. The friends and associates who really made my stay memorable are Ms Parul and Ms Farzana at front desk Ms Sunaina as a senior person looks after the guests personally. The handwritten note is just wow. Ms Shubhra at Pluck and all the staff at Farmers are outstanding. Mr Nem and his colleagues at housekeeping and guest relationship are thorough professionals. However the staff at Executive Lounge may be not happy with me. As few of them were very cold in their approach and response. I am sure that was a temporary thing. A big thank you to Mr Manish personally for his support and indulgence. Thank you Team Pullman

With in 2 months the reception was different . As a Accor member and despite booking the suite the receptionist was not aware about the package and no welcome drinks were offered. But last visit in July was excellent as far as reception experience was concerned . It’s not about the drinks it’s about the consistency.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, all the previous stay have been good, however this time I was disappointed. I arrived lunch time and had to sleep after a night of travelling, but was awoken by drilling maintenance noise, this was constant throughout the afternoon. I spoke with reception who advised the noise would stop at 6pm. My departure was the next morning but during the night my sleep was disturbed by constant banging from the sound of hammering, it seems there was some staged or tent/ marquis being constructed for a conference. I complained to reception at check out but they were unaware of any noise.
