Arrived in the morning after 1 night at the Ibis. I walked the short distance. Fast check in, was upgraded, room on 3rd floor. Suite very welcoming and as expected. I went up to floor 6 to greet Sagar, a very nice and helpful lounge attendant. He seemed very happy to see me again! I stayed 6 nights and really, I gave absolutely nothing remarkable. Only a few details: as usual Guests don't want the plates/trays from room service and place down in the corridors their leftovers, often without minimum care. Maybe a nice reminder with every order, such as "call us back to collect..." or written on the delivery itself... Another detail is the frequent presence of rubbish on the corridors (pieces of paper, tissues, etc). I personally collected a couple of times these pieces, as they were really showing poor education on those persons who threw them. But the night housekeeping service should perform these checks. Plus, I don't care about my bed being disposed for the night, as well as the curtains being closed: either it's done EVERY NIGHT, or it's not done at all. Another detail is the morning newspapers (which are available on front of lifts). Either it's delivered every day, or it's not. Like I said, it was just being really picky and looking for perfection. Otherwise, I'm perfectly happy! I also would like to mention the efficiency and the big human support of Mohd Sads, Duty Manager. He is simply great. I also would like to thank the general Manager for being a very nice person.

The hotel room was of a good standard but I was charged Rupees 3000 plus tax on up grade of the room and the person at reception did not bother to give us change as we had given rupees 4000 and when checking out we reminded the reception that the hotel owes change from the 4000 rupees we gave. 2ndly the lady who came across very rude to us at the executive lounge reception.

Third stay in one year and third total satisfaction. Its almost home. Very attentive staff, incomparable food (rich and tasty). Definitely "Sofitel" level. Nothingnegayive to report, if not price of food and drinks in general, higher compared to other hotels.

There were some disappointments for example, there are only three computers for public use for this much big hotel (which does not make sense to me) and all three computers were not working when i stayed there. I mentioned the problem to IT and asked them to let me know when its fixed, there never called me as I had to use the computers urgently. Another problem was, when i tried to connect the Bluetooth to my cell phone but wasn't able to. I called the reception, they found out that there was no adapter wired to the electricity. It should have done before guest comes in. Another problem, I tried to use the coffee machine in my room, I though I do not know how to use it but later, room service guy figured that it was out of order. He had to replace it. The hotel is good but I believe that staff needs to WAKE UP in order to provide services which are working. On the other hand, I liked the service in the PLUCK. The food was good and the waiters were exceptionally devoted for their duties. For example, Mr. Guddu was very helpful and seemed a hard-working employee.

Very kind Reception and Concierge Staff. Excellent Taxi Driver. Would have been good if reception told us about the Main Restaurant as we did not know where to have tea or breakfast etc. Comfortable room - very good sleep. The music does not do justice to the excellent ambience of the hotel. For such a great hotel and fantastic atmosphere, the music was not welcoming and far too loud.

It was average, as upon check in, I paid my accommodation by cash, but your reception team didn't have enough cash in the float. Same happened upon check out, where i wanted to pay my extras by cash, no cash in the float. You need to expect to have all type of payment at your hotel either by cash or credit card.

Once again the Pullman Delhi Aerocity exceeded my expectations. The transfers were exactly on time, the service upon arrival and check-out was speedy and friendly. The buffet breakfast was very good in variety and quality. The rooms, as always, are clean and functional. This time I was upgraded to higher category room which I really appreciated. The Pullman is indeed an oasis at Delhi airport area!

It's my first stay at Pullman and I am definitely keen to visit same again. I stay with my Kids and they enjoyed the stay . My checkin was very smooth and quick , reception staff is quite supportive and we'll behaved. Room were comfortable and we'll equipped with all necessities. Buffet spread was quite enriching and restaurant is also quite comfortable. Buti am not happy with the quality of the drink (mocktail) I ordered a mocktail for my son and after he drank it half , we found a thick thread in the drnk and it was quite uncomfortable. It's not expected from a quality brand like Pullman. Hope this feedback will be taken into consideration else repeated instance might sent the brand value and customer satisfaction.
