When I was checking out I asked for a receipt to be emailed which still has not been emailed to this date. I have sent several emails and called several times to get this sent to me. I also said I wanted to pay my outstanding balance at check in only to be called later and say the transportation invoice was not processed properly.

The birthday arrangements, complimentary Executive Lounge access, and the amazing breakfast buffet made the experience even more wonderful. We genuinely appreciated the warmth and hospitality extended to us throughout our stay. I would especially like to mention Aman and Hrithik, who were extremely helpful, warm, and attentive. Washrooms were not super clean. AC wasnot working, alternate room was given which was not great also. Manager nidhi was professional, she asked for ways how she can make up for the bad experience that i had. To be honest, i was there for two days, i feel it was not worth spending so much money on the stay

The hotel is too crowded. From my past visit to now the hygiene has considerably reduced. I felt the bathrobe and room slippers were not changed from previous guest. The coffee mugs were not usable with coffee still stuck on internal surface.
