Manish & Devendra from restaurant were very very good made at feel as if we are having all meals at home & above all Mansi at the reception was very polite & gentle at the time of check-in & check out. Over all memorable 3 day stay.

The overall experience was okay. I asked for decorations as i came for a birthday, but they were very unsatisfactory. I paid for breakfast and it was ruined as the food was removed before even telling us or giving a last call. We talked to various managers and waited for half an hour for someone to help us. The managers went inside the kitchen and did not come back out. It was very unprofessional.

Stay was good but the staff at the bar is not very transparent. The executive Mr himanshu tried to act smart . I wanted to have a beer with one of my friend who was visiting india from France and staying at the same hotel. He is also a gold member. The gentleman at the counter told us that kingfisher premium was not available. Later while we were sitting a group of four foreigners came and they were served the same brand . When I raised concern Mr himanshu insisted that some guest at the hotel got those beer for the party and since the party is over so that is why they served those drinks to them . My brother is a executive chef in one of the biggest five star chain in india so I know how things work in hospitality industry. I narrated the incident to him and he was very amazed that how could an executive do that . Moreover My friend was very disappointed with this incident and he insisted that being a gold member he did not deserved better treatment. Apart from this everything was good. Thank you!!
