Our stay at Pullman was a wonderful experience, and what made it particularly special was the combination of a beautiful, clean property and the warmth of the people who took care of us throughout our stay.
A special mention to Munir, the Duty Manager, and Prince and Khushi from the Front Desk, who were exceptionally helpful and friendly during check-in. They made us feel welcome right from the beginning and handled everything with a warmth that immediately set the tone for a great stay.
The hotel was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, and I would also like to acknowledge Vikki and Shamistha from the cleaning team. Their attention to cleanliness and the care they put into maintaining the room did not go unnoticed. It is often the small details that make a hotel stay comfortable, and they did an excellent job.
What we appreciated most throughout our stay was the overall “never say no” attitude. There was always a willingness to help, and requests were met with a smile and a genuine effort to make things easier for us. That kind of hospitality is what sets a good hotel apart.
And then there was our three-year-old daughter, who seemed to become the little celebrity of Pullman! ❤️ The warmth everyone showed towards her was genuinely heartwarming. They interacted with her, clicked pictures with her, and made her feel so special and important. She absolutely loved the attention, and as parents, watching her enjoy herself like that was one of the highlights of our stay.
Those are the moments that we will remember long after the details of the stay have faded. Seeing our little girl so happy, excited, and comfortable—and watching the people around her share in that happiness—is something we will always cherish.
Overall, Pullman gave us much more than a comfortable stay. It gave us a wonderful family experience filled with warmth, kindness and some very special memories.

It was a great stay and also glad to get access to the lounge. Thanks to the Front Office team. The breakfast was also good as usual - this is my 2nd visit. However I was a bit disappointed with my packed breakfast, ordered chicken grilled sandwich and received veg grilled sandwich. Must be a mis-communication. Otherwise a very nice and comfortable stay.

When I was checking out I asked for a receipt to be emailed which still has not been emailed to this date. I have sent several emails and called several times to get this sent to me.
I also said I wanted to pay my outstanding balance at check in only to be called later and say the transportation invoice was not processed properly.

I would like to sincerely thank you and the entire team for making our stay and my partner’s birthday celebration so special.
We had a really comfortable and memorable stay. The birthday arrangements, complimentary Executive Lounge access, and the amazing breakfast buffet made the experience even more wonderful. We genuinely appreciated the warmth and hospitality extended to us throughout our stay.
I would especially like to mention Aman and Hrithik, who were extremely helpful, warm, and attentive. Their hospitality really stood out and deserves a special mention.
We absolutely loved our experience at Pullman and would be very happy to return for future occasions. If there is ever an opportunity to extend a special rate, upgrade, or any other little gesture for a future stay, we would of course be delighted to come back!
