There was a mammoth line at check in and it took 15-20mins to get served. At check in was advised that my room type was no longer available, what is a reservation for then? After a long discussion whereby I refused to accept a twin room, they upgraded me to ensure that I got the king bed that I had reserved. This was a pleasant outcome. I got to my room to find that my key card did not work so I had to go back to reception to get a new one. At check out the next morning, the credit card machine was not working so they could not correctly charge m for my stay. They had taken a security deposit the previous day that was more than the cost of the stay so Chan advised that she had my card on file and would rerun the correct charge as soon as the machine was working and email me my itemized receipt. It’s been 36hrs and I’m still waiting for either of these things to happen. So as it stands I’ve been over charged for my stay.

I stay at the Pullman Hotel Aerocity while on business travel. The best part is if you do any shopping and need something altered Manoj is a master tailor. He has tailored several jackets, dresses and kurtas for me over the years. He is professional, meticulous in his work and is able to do the work quickly.
