I have to say this is one of the best stays I’ve experienced in a long time. From the time of Check-in till Check-out it feels to be in an epitome of luxury. Firstly I was really glad that they allowed me a very early Check-in, then everything was already stacked in the room. My room had amazing views of the picturesque pool. Room Service and everything else I requested was arranged for really quickly. During breakfast everything was really well managed and had ample amount of food options. One person I would like to point out was ‘Yash’, he was very courteous and made sure the guest were having a good time. He provided me with food on the table and talked to me in my local language which I highly appreciated. Then I would like to point out two people ‘Yesveer’ and ‘Bharat’ from House Keeping. They were excellent in their work and gave me fresh stock of all bathroom essentials and towels. He even made my bed and put everything in place. Kudos to both these. Really happy with their service. All in all, a very pleasant and luxurious stay. I can’t wait to visit again in some time. One thing although I wish to point out is that and which could be improved was that the television in the room was not a smart television so I couldn’t binge watch Netflix and Prime Video. I hope for my next visit this issues is rectified.

The stay was excellent. But I didn't know why the receptionist asked to pay advance amount at the time of check-in. Whatever small amount it was, it would be have been better if the money was deposited to my account. But the receptionist gave his email id so that I have to request to get my money back.

The stay was pleasant with Pullman. The thing with which i got issue was that, the flush was not working properly and after 3 consecutive follow-up with room service in 2 hours, a technician was assigned and he came to room for checking. Rest all was very good & appreciable.

Not at all the way brands like accor deal. Accept breakfast nothing was a thing to praise about. Had to wait for check in despite staff at reception standing idol. Pool guard was rude and aske us to get out of the pool early morning stating its under maintenance and no so ever board was displayed there nethier any prior information was given to us regarding same infact i asked and i was said that the pool is open considering the rains hovering around. Television wasnt working no bathmats in the room and it took forever to come duty manager never reaches to us despite asking a call back. I asked for upgrade and the runway veiw considereling the fact upgrades are subject to availability itvwas fine if would have got a straight no I was rather told the room would take some time to get ready. I once i checked in the staff never came back to shift me or enquire about. Not the way star hotels deal. I stay almost in every chain but this was pretty amateur behavior displayed. Hope it improves if i come next time

I am a member of accor all program , I keep on staying accor hotels all over India....and I guess pullman is among their premium business hotels...and it is...but the moment u approach to the front desk...u ill felt like you are not welcomed here...arrogant staff , no smile on there faces to welcome you...even they are ready to argue with you on any baseless things....I mean I felt like insulted... and there were many guests which were into arguments with the front desk....this is not at all expected from a leading 5 star business hotel...ill surely not come again in this hotel in future..

Worst experience as we have booked for 3 rooms 2 rooms we have got in time but 3 room we have got at 6 pm. Staff was very rude. I complaint to manager regarding the problems i was facing she assured me that those problem will not be faced again but same problem i was facing after that. Room service, reception, guest service none of them attended the call. I used to go down again and again for complaints.
