Your customer service is pathetic, having to wait 45 mins for simple services requested in my 2 day stay. Not the kind of service we expect staying in a 5 star property. We had to call more than 5-10 times to just hear a reply from your customer desk.

Me and my partner were travelling with our 1 yr old baby and although we had already booked a king size, but on arrival we were provided twin single beds, and the shift and settle required more than 2 hours and numerous calls to the reception. This was very frustrating as we had a little one along. We even asked for a crib, for which it was mentioned that crib is not available at the hotel, which was very disappointing as well. Food and stay was nice, but the service was not at par with what we paid.

Road side stall kind of staff and service

Staff behaviour is no better than a road side food stall. At the time of breakfast, after waiting for 35 minutes for a piece of Paratha, their staff namely "Pranab" tells that 10.30 am is closing time. And even when I had ordered at counter for a Paratha before 10.30 am.

We had come here for our friend's bachelorette. Had a smooth check-in, the staff was kind enough to make sure to be discreet infront of the friend we were surprising. They guided us to our room and had our stuff up within few minutes. The pool was nice, clean and had attendants. We had the most amazing breakfast buffet. Chef Vishal made sure to attend to each guest for any assistance. The plethora of dishes and cuisines stole my heart. This was my first breakfast charcuterie experience which I ate till my heart's content. The food was delicious and exciting to look at. I will definitely visit again just for the hotel's experience with the breakfast and stay. Room service could be a little faster.

Staff asked me million times about my airport tra sfer being complimentary or not . There was no sincerity in attending to us in the staff , when we asked for wake up call it was confirmed from staff but no call came at the alarm time. Food was Good in the hotel and was well served. Staff had. Lackadaisical attitude towards us.

Lovely experience. The staff was so courteous. Everything was curated for me. Seamless check-in and checkout process. My only issue was that they did not have a separate Navratri breakfast buffet options. However, Satvik at Novotel was available which helped me not starve during my fast.

All was good, it was quiet very importantly. The cafe shop manager was exceptional and helpful (lower ground floor next to the ballroom). The bar manager during daytime of the bar on right side of hotel immediately after entering it was rude in general and should be given significant training about customer interaction and relationship.

I stayed here 4 years ago and has been well taken care of. And as soon as I am able to travel, I am in India and booked the same hotel. It shows signs of wear and tear but the service is good. I enjoyed the Lounge - Suneeti and Harsh have been catering to all my needs (drinks, food and use of meeting room etc.). At check out, Gaurav has been very helpful and patient with me as well. Another great stay.

the driver appointed to bring me to the terminal 2 althow he asked me 2 times he brough me to terminal 3. after waiting in the que police officer told me that i was on a wrong terminal and that i had to go by food from terminal 3 to terminal 2. this made me run and i almost lost my flight since i arrived 45 minuts prior departure.

At the time of checkout, the front-desk person could not provide me with invoice for In-Room-Dining and Laundry expenses. I was promised to receive them in my mailbox the same day - however, I still have not received the same even after a Week! I tried contacting the customer support team, but the option to "Speak with representative" doesnt work, you can ONLY get through to Reservation (but, not service - funny!). I then spoke with reservation department about my "service" issue - the person wasnt able to help and game me a mobile number to call - which none responded! So overall, I am quite upset with post checkout experience.

Good And Comfortable stay

I planned a short vacation with my wife here. The room was comfortable. The the staff is very cooperative and they do take care of you. Although initially they forgot about the package, but after reminding the took care of every thing. Hospitality of Restaurant staff specifically Chef Yudhveer is great. Also, Guarav from Front desk is also takes good care. Rooms are nice, cozy and pin drop silent. Although the airport is near the airport, but you cant hear any thing inside.

I stayed in this hotel for the first time and it was a good experience. There was some issue with regards to the bathutub and it took few calls and 4 hours for it to be resolved. Mr. Pramanshu was very helpful in check in and in helping to resolve the above mentioned issue. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a good stay in Aerocity area.

I had stayed both of Novotel and Pullman Delhi 2 Months from last Nov. During the stay I had got wonderful services all the staffs. I want to thank to Mr. Chiraq specially who is the manager of concierge department. I had asked to Mr. Chiraq help me to make hotel reservation, frights tickets and so for my other cities trips like Goa, Varanasi and Daramshala etc. He booked all other cities of hotel, frights and pick up services for me so that I could enjoyed travels without any difficulties. I surely want to stay again when I trip to Delhi. I don't even think about other hotel. Thank you so much Mr. Chiraq.

In the current lockdown this is the second time that i stayed at the property, the check in was smooth courtesy Sagar and Mrs Kapoor , so was the welcome drink by Vahsy , great coffee, rooms are spacoius, neat and clean , infact had acess to the executive lounge which made it easy for my business meetings . The Dinner was mouth licking customised by Chef Rohit at the helm at FEX, so was the breakfast. Over all a very comfortable stay , made more memorable by the dynamic and courteous general Manager Mr B Chakraboty(BC), who personally assures top rated services and renders TOP Notch hospitablity. Would highly recommend for Buisness and Family too....
