Great stay at Pullman New Delhi Aerocity. Special thanks to Rashi for a smooth, courteous check-in and a wonderful first impression. Akash at the breakfast buffet was attentive, and Vikki from Housekeeping did a great job. I also appreciate the hotel’s commitment to building an inclusive workplace by creating meaningful opportunities for persons with disabilities. A small opportunity for improvement would be additional training for the concierge team to further enhance the guest experience.
