Good stay, but check in and check out procedure is extremely slow and inefficient. Otherwise, the stay was very comfortable

Good experience. 02 free drinks provided were a good gesture. However, while handing over pints of beer, the steward didn't inform that the bottles have been opened. He was informed that I was carrying the bottles to my room and kept the bottles in a bag. Even then he didn't intimate about bottle being opened. This resulted in entire beer being spilled in my bag and spoiling the contents of the bag.

The dinner was very very bad in famers basket every nonveg product was smelling except the Indian food and choice of food was very very bad. Some of the items were not even opend by any guest as I was sitting in front of the buffet counter.

Perfect location with easy acess to T3 terminal.

This was my 2nd visit to this hotel. Last time due to that bathtub issue I could not give it 10 out of 10 so I decided to give this hotel 2nd chance. This time I was impressed by food and the services. Mr. Abhishek at Pling provided very nice services. However, this time also I am not able to rate 10 out of 10 because of the way check in process was handled. We reached the hotel at 1234 and I am very well aware of the fact that standard check in time is 1400. The lady at the reception ( I do not want to mention her name here ) said that the room will be ready in another 45 minutes and I told her that we are sitting in the lobby. However, when nothing happened till 1400, I went to the reception after 1405 and the same lady said she was looking for me since last 30 minutes. That was a bit disappointing hence and ratings reached 9 but she apologized in a very arrogant manner. That's the only reason for a 8. Otherwise, it was a nice stay, housekeeping was excellent. More positive words for Mr. Manjeet and Mr. Rounak. Let's hope that next time I am able to give your property 10 out of 10.

We had a great stay and the best thing Pullman had was a pet friendly place, which helped us to bring our cat and enjoy the time together. Lovely place, very professional staff (courteous), well managed social distancing and cleanliness. We assure our frequent stay at Pullman and thank you!

I being a Accor Gold Member have booked a room in Novatel well in advance but once i reached there i had a very bad experience in checking in though i had my room booked in advance i had no room avaliable in Novatel after waiting hours together i was alloted room in pullman and when i went to your priority check in for accor members i was very rudly replied and asked to stand in a long line. I dont understand why should i come back to your property.
