The F n B service was excellent. Room temperature terrible. I could not sleep the whole night and was trembling in cold. Confirm from your maintenance team. The technical person came thrice, made false promises that the ac is all right whereas it never worked. Blower was sent on request and it conked off in 5 minutes. Second blower worked for 30 minutes then that also stopped working. The whole night passed off shivering.

Some issues in the room maintenance

Some minor issues with the room maintenance needs to be fixed, The room that I stayed in had below issues 1. Cold water tap in the basin had some issues, 2. Tubelight in the bathroom area had a mind of its own and was very temperamental in lighting up. 3. Master switch on the left side of the bed (near the washroom area) would not operate at all.

Lovely ambience, hotel and decor, could do with some external clean up

Check in: New guy checking me in so it took a long while and he gave me a room on a smoking floor when I requested for a regular one so this was probably the only negative during the stay, however the people greeting you when you walk in were lovely. Room: Smoking room faint smell of nicotine which wasn't great but got used to it, other than that, beautiful bed, nice view of the garden, great amenities. Breakfast: Fabulous buffet for breakfast. Overall experience was quite good, I would have said exceptional were it not for the room allocation. I would recommend the hotel to do some maintenance on the external foyer, technically the Pullman is a luxury hotel but because of some wear and tear it doesn't really feel like it when you drive in. Inside however is quite lovely.

We had great stay and breakfast and dinner was fantastic at Pullman. The concierge services was fabuluous. My wife forgot her jacket and I called straightaway to the hotel to post it to Mumbai. It was not posted for 3 days and then I had to pay urgent postage charges of Rs.900 to get it delivered by express courier. Disappointed that there was no prompt follow up.
