Was unfortunately disappointed by several service lapses that occurred during my arrival. ​1) I was initially assigned to Room 1122, but the key did not work. I had to return to the lobby with my luggage, only to find the master key also failed due to a "technical glitch." I was moved to Room 1124 and told a new key would be delivered to me; however, after waiting for a significant amount of time, I eventually had to leave the room to retrieve the cards myself. Next day, new key failed again and went downstairs to get it fixed. Again, it failed again and then hotel staff changed a new card which finally worked. ​2) Room Maintenance: Upon entering Room 1124, the cold water in the washbasin was not functioning. I had to personally troubleshoot the issue and open the valve beneath the sink myself to get the water running. 3) Front Desk Service: I had two bookings, one biz package and a half-board package. I had previously confirmed with the hotel that I could advance a meal to the previous day, but the check-in staff was unable to assist. Instead of resolving the matter or calling a manager, I was told to "check with the restaurant directly" because the lobby was getting crowded. Anyway later find out Sunday brunch was excluded so it was my bad not noticing this. However, after checking out suddenly came to mind that I had 20% off f&b for Sunday booking, dont know if Sunday brunch and room service is again excluded also. Anyway paid full amount for Sunday brunch and room service.

Close to the airport. Pickup service worked well. Impressive foyer. Lovely team in the lounge with great Indian and western food options. Service there was great.
