We decided to spend a staycation at Pullman Aerocity because, just a year ago, my wife and son stayed here and had an absolutely wonderful experience. That positive memory was the reason we chose to return. Unfortunately, this visit has been profoundly disappointing, and the overall experience has fallen far below the standards we expected from a Pullman property. The issues began even before our arrival, with the lack of support during the reservation process. Unfortunately, the shortcomings continued throughout our stay. Basic service requests required repeated follow-up. We had to call five separate times before an extra pillow and blanket were delivered to our room. Similarly, despite there being three occupants in the room, it took three phone calls before additional drinking water was provided. Such routine requests should have been handled promptly and without repeated reminders. The dining experience was even more disappointing. During dinner at the buffet, there appeared to be virtually no staff attending to guests. Used plates remained on the table for extended periods, no quarter plates were provided, and there was little to no proactive service. I raised these concerns with the restaurant manager that very evening, hoping the issues would be addressed. Breakfast the following morning was equally frustrating. My wife repeatedly had to walk up to the live counters to remind the staff about the items we had ordered. Even after multiple reminders, dishes such as fruit, omelettes, and bacon arrived late and were often served cold, significantly diminishing the dining experience. Overall, the service throughout our stay has been inconsistent, inattentive, and well below the standard we associate with Pullman. What was meant to be a relaxing family staycation has instead been marked by repeated service failures and a noticeable lack of hospitality. It is particularly disappointing because our previous experience at the hotel was exceptional, making the contrast with this visit even more striking.
