Worst staff at reception the body language they carry on is not at all acceptable with a rude behaviour plus they don't initiate any quick response when you need anything in room . Hotel is not even safe for girls specially even though I have complaint regarding disturbance made by 4 drunken individuals keeping there room open and drinking alcohol and smoking disturbing other rooms but still no.action taken by the staff ....no courtesy no solutions no humanity hate this hotel the most not suggest single person to stay here

Thanks to my Gold membership, I got an early check-in and i needed a late check-out which was provided on request. The Vegan options are taken note off and the lady at the restaurant Shrishti too care of me and also the front desk person (forgot her name) who helped with check-in and check-out

Special J. food was not available, also happy hours and free alchohol was also not available, windows cannot be opened to have fresh air, overall the stay was expensive and not that exciting, badminton rackets needs to be more sporty and shuttle needs to be more sporty
