Took a longer time to check in than expected. There were no proper arrangements in the room. Cleaning wasn't done properly cos there were wrappers behind the door left by the previous guest. There was an empty body wash bottle in the bathroom Totlitteries was there No shower towel was there. No slipper were mosquitoes in the room srsly? It wasn't my first stay with Ibid but felt like the last one for sure

Room looked like a dorm, and even after requesting for a single bed, they gave two beds. And washroom was structured like a railway toilet. Not worth the money I paid. However room services were good.

The hotel is located very convenient with great accessibility to all forms of public transport. The rooms are clean & the bed very comfortable. However the best part of the hotel is the extensive breakfast spread. There is great variety of food as well as great taste. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Gurugram.

As always Ibis experience at Gurgaon - Sector 53 has been amazing. I liked the fact that there were pleasant changes since my last stay in the breakfast buffet with the addition of new dishes. Front office staff particularly Raya Roy is one of the most courteous and helpful staff in Hotel Ibis and she deserves to be appreciated. I travel to Gurgaon every alternate month and due to proximity to my office, I have been staying in another property however whenever I visit Ibis, it's like home away from home experience.
