One-line overall experience: Nice stay overall, but my lost earphones were never returned and support response was very slow. Detailed feedback (paste in description box): 1) I noticed misleading contact information online linked to your property and was almost asked to make a payment regarding my lost earphones, which is concerning. 2) It took about three days to receive a response to my query. By that time the earphones could not be located, which raises concerns about how lost items are handled. 3) It was quite difficult to reach the hotel team for updates, which made the process frustrating.
