I have opted for a higher room category than the standard one but i was accomodated in a standard room on 6th floor taking care of my special day preferences like room decoration with swan art and flower petals along with the anniversary wishes using palm leaves. With no other higher room upgradation as part of all accor+ gold membership tier, i was treated comfortably by the front desk reception. The beverages were good, the breakfast was wonderful as well.

I have asked for whisky Glendfitch, which was priced at ₹850 but I have got which was having cost of around ₹1900 without even telling me the cost. Once I have received the bill, then I got to know, and I informed the person right there and paid the whole amount as I didn't want any problem there.
