The quality of food served is bad especially breakfast too bad - then one day there was no water in the washroom for an hour!! Cleaning is not at point there is dust in the room and overall it’s just bad

When my flight was delayed and i come late my room was nit ready and the give me the wrong room which is queen size and my booking is twin, but the hotel is already charge my night on 24 november but my room wasnot ready. And the staff receptionis was not friendly the name shania and the duty manager also can not solved anything just give me voucher dinner. I treated like not platinum member in this hotel. The food also served only vegetarian and non vegetarion dint much options so i decided not come again in this hotel.

Rooms gave me déjà vu, as they are like every other Ibis room. What disappointed me was the lack of sound proofing. The traffic noise permeated into the room, making my sleep quality deteriorate. Other Ibis properties have excellent sound proofing.
