I had a short stay, overall experience was good, please review below factors. While booking through Accor All App, the tax amount for the selected room was showing at 5%. and i booked accordingly. but at check out i was surprised that the tax amount is 18%. Stay was on 9th March 2026. Had to pay more than what the app was showing. Also toilet hand spray washer was faulty.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the confusion caused regarding the tax percentage during your booking. As per government regulations, GST of 18% is applicable on room tariffs above INR 7,500. However, we understand that while booking through the Accor ALL App, the tax was reflecting as 5% due to a technical glitch, which may have caused the discrepancy at the time of check-out. We truly regret the inconvenience and surprise this may have caused. We have also noted your feedback regarding the faulty toilet hand spray washer. Please be assured that the concern has been shared with our Engineering team and the necessary corrective action has been taken to avoid such issues in the future. I checked in at 12.30AM. I called the reception (I think Mr Nikhil) asking for Thin Pillow and appreciate his sending the Thin Pillows promptly and we could sleep comfortable. Thank you & Keep it up.
