Highly recommended. Good location. Ambience of the hotel is too good. We got japanese style room and it was so neat clean efficiently managed by space , loved every aesthetic of it. The dining area had a very nice touch of vibrant colour and rich vibe. Breakfast was also very nice. Enjoyed the tiny games section as well. It was a overall fun experience. Thanks for the service. The rooms were lousy like a lodge, the shaving kit was horrible. The dinner buffet was very badly managed , basics like Naan and Roti was replenished in 20 mins . Which is very slow as per standards that we see in other places.

i stayed multiple time in IBIS, every stay i had to ask for Iron in room and answer i get is there's no iron available. how can such a big brand can't keep a iron in every room. it's not a high cost item which u can't purchase and keep in every room. this comes under basic even the sleepers and shoe shiner , which are basic item u need in room are not kept.

I arrived at the hotel late at night and checked in as I was feeling unwell and experiencing stomach discomfort. Considering my condition, I requested the hotel to provide me with a juice instead of the meal I was entitled to. Unfortunately, even this simple request was denied. I was quite disappointed with the lack of flexibility and understanding, especially given that I was unwell and had arrived late at night. A little consideration and willingness to accommodate the guest’s situation would have made the experience much better.
