The rooms are comfortable, the gym is good for a hotel of this size, and both room service and reception/check-in were efficient. The location is very convenient, right next to the Rapid Metro station. The buffet is quite average, and the heavy use of air fragrance throughout the hotel can be annoying, particularly for anyone with allergies or sensitivities. Overall, decent value for money, but there is definitely room for improvement.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The property and amenities were wonderful, but what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality at the front desk. A special mention goes to Shruti at the reception. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with a warm smile and a highly professional attitude. She went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was seamless and that all my needs were taken care of throughout my stay. Her helpfulness, efficiency, and kind demeanor are a true asset to this hotel. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Shruti and the team.

Hotel Review – Ibis (2‑Day Stay) My recent two‑day stay at the Ibis hotel was disappointing in several respects. • Check‑in experience: The process was unnecessarily long, with the receptionist citing scanner issues. This created a poor first impression. • Room service limitations: The night menu was restricted to only three items, with no availability of basic cold beverages such as a canned soft drink. This felt inadequate for a hotel of this brand. • Promotional offer clarity: The advertised 30% discount on food and beverages applied only to non‑alcoholic drinks. Such exclusions should be clearly highlighted in the promotion to avoid misleading guests. • Restaurant service: At the Spice Restaurant and Bar, staff were inattentive and displayed little customer‑service orientation. The lack of engagement was noticeable and disappointing. • Membership recognition: As a Platinum member, I did not feel welcomed or acknowledged in any way, which undermines the value of loyalty to the Accor brand. Overall, aside from the property’s convenient location, the hallmark Accor service standards were absent. The experience fell short of expectations and did not reflect the brand’s reputation.
