The location of the hotel right next to Metro station which is barely a 5 min walk is hall mark. The entire process from booking, check in thru checkout was smooth. Staff at reception and all other areas were courteous and customer oriented with a smile on their faces always. The Room is good, well maintained. We booked a queens room for two, and noticed that size is a little small. For a single person it would be just right, nothing luxuriously more but just adequate. Good hygiene and room service maintained. Breakfast buffet was also very good. Overall we found this stay completely fuss free and comfortable. A sure recommend! Keep it going IBIS team. !

Location of hotel is really very good. Everything is Gurgaon is accessible. 2 things were not satisfactory. 1. No hot water in bath. Requested multiple times but no hot water. 2. While booking, it was mentioned that breakfast will be till 12pm but everything was getting wrapped up by 10:45 am. Stayed for 3 days. Everyday same issue.
