We had an average stay. The rooms are not that large. We got a room that did not have much of natural light. The breakfast spread was ok. Some dishes were good. For dinner, the spread was reasonable but the dessert section not so good. Plus we noticed that previous day's dessert (non-bake dessert) was placed as dessert in next day's breakfast. Service level at the restaurant was good. Dev, Jiya, Tanya and Tirtharaj were attentive. The hotel has a funny policy. As a gold member, we were upgraded to the next room level but were not offered the privileges that come with the upgraded room. When asked, we were told the room has been upgraded - but as the rooms were of same size, I really did not understand how they were calling it an upgrade. On the Accor app, it showed an upgraded room with privileges, but the privileges (cocktail hours) were not extended. This is a new hotel that was built. It was surprising that they failed to add a lounge. Getting cabs was a bit of challenge - factor in at least 15-20 minutes to get uber.

Too much maintaining noise during stay . Didn’t feel comfortable stay
