Team on the property needs quiet of bit of training. There were issues spanning from in-room dining (no one to answer the phone on number of occasions on 2 day stay), guest services (takes 6 calls to get a bottle of water in normal hours and not out of usual Business hours), escalation to duty manager takes lot of effort (staff requested doesnt not pass the message to DM on duty for call back), break fast (team doesn't listen to orders specifically while taking break fast orders). DM reached out at the end of the stay asking whether there were any issues :)

I sincerely regret that several aspects of the service did not meet your expectations, despite the positive intent you observed from the team. The delays and inconsistencies you experienced with in-room dining, guest services responsiveness, escalation to the duty manager, and breakfast order accuracy are certainly not acceptable and fall short of our service standards, especially for a valued ALL Diamond member. Please be assured that your feedback has been taken very seriously and has been shared with the respective department heads. Focused retraining, clearer escalation protocols, and closer supervision are being implemented to address these concerns and ensure a more seamless experience going forward.
