No daily room cleaning. Hotel depend on the electronic signs to be switch on for Cleaning, However, the Switches inside are not visible and the letters on the Switches are faded. No instructions given in the check in for need of giving cleaning instructions using the swiches. I stayed four nights in uncleaned room and requested the clean towels for teh forth nights and then only they show me how to ask for cleaning.

The hotel is completely not worth the Accor standards. V v unkept. There were stale bread etc left in the drawers. Additionally, we had 2more rooms booked by friends. Their experience was equally not at all up to the mark.

I have booking with my colleague and was expecting a twin bed in a room but I got allotted double size bed only, in which I was not comfortable to share it with my colleague and the result is that I stayed somewhere else even after booking in your hotel. I even asked to your staff to provide me a room with twin bed but they told me that it's not available.

The location is central, but the approach roads are poor. Area is mostly jammed. Rooms insulation is very bad, I could hardly sleep due to load music all night.

I reached hotel at around 3 pm and the room was not ready and was given a temporary room promising we sort in 30 mins . In kept waiting and at 5:30Pm they told another 30 mins. This is so bad and we were not able to visit the place as planned and next day was protest which meant the trip was a disaster

The hotel location was great! Close to Connaught Place for food and shopping, as well as places of interest such as Jama Masjid and Red Fort. We had a great stay with you all the staff was nicer but we had one complaint at dinning area we felt ignore and that was rude everytime we need something we had to ask it twice then only it would come to our table for example for water we asked multiple time to clear the table this was issue we did face other than that everything was nicer and comfortable

A very disappointing experience at Novotel Delhi City Centre. The most serious concern was a late-night safety incident involving another guest who called our room twice, claimed to be from reception, shouted at my partner and threatened to come to our room. The subsequent handling of the matter by management was inadequate. Adding to the disappointment, the swimming pool was not operational and the restaurant was unavailable. For a hotel of this standard, the overall management and guest-safety response were far below expectations.

Had a lovely stay at Novotel New Delhi City Centre. The buffet was superb, and I particularly enjoyed the evening cocktail hours, which were definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. My only minor disappointment was not receiving a room upgrade despite being an ALL Platinum member. However, the other Platinum benefits and the overall hospitality more than made up for it. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, and I'd happily return!

Room was good, restaurant staff was lovely,we were allowed for an early checkout. however firstly we were disappointed that the pool and rooftop was under renovation and it wasn't mentioned anywhere when i was booking. Very disappointing. Then we had very unpleasant experience with the front desk team. First of all, None of the staff was smiling or welcoming at the front desk . Seemed very unhappy staff. Waited so long to have out luggage sent to our room. Took almost 45 minutes to get a drink in our room. Had to call them 3 times. And again when we were checking out, the lady who attended us didn't even bothered to ask us, how was our stay? We were there for a special occasion and was highly disappointed about the service.
