The sliding doors to the bathroom kept opening and was not able to secure it properly, the bathroom toiletry quality was not good, overall room was not what one would expect from a 5* The reception - check in process was long winded, they asked if we ‘wanted a welcome drink’, we asked for the connecting door to be opened, the person on the floor promised he would get the key and disappeared. Overall too many trainees on the floor with little oversight. The only saving grace was the buffet breakfast.
