Let's talk about the location first, the location deserves 10/10, it's hardly a Kilometre away from the RK Ashram Metro Station, and Jhandewalan Temple is nearby, let's talk about the check-in, the check in there does take a while for the unknown reason to me, there were two receptionist and one was attending a guest, the other one was supposedly working, and didn't ask for anyone from the other queue to attend, when I went to him then he happily assisted, now there's nobody to offer you water or anything when you are waiting for the check-in to complete, however, the water dispenser is just there so you can help yourself, I chose th executive room which has a breakfast included but the receptionist out rightly denied, but when I showed him that in the app then he accepted that, was given the key, went to my room, and guess what my bag got lost, I called the reception multiple times and informed them how it looked, who took it then, 20 minutes later the bag was delivered to me, I had booked 2 rooms, Room 1014 and 1015 they gave some munching items, like Roasted Almonds (awesome taste), but gave that only to 1 room, unknown reason ( I didn't ask), the pool was very well located, very neat and clean (great infinity pool), I also used the Gym, very good equipments, although slightly small but nice, there were towels, water bottle, everything in the Gym (great experience), I had cocktail hour included, the menu for cocktail hour was good, however the food and drink delivery service was way slow, so I didn't order much as the food delivery time was taking lot of time, but the taste was great, specially the Tawa Machi and cold coffee, dinner was very well spread and the menu was great, so was the taste, no complaint there, and the breakfast was really awesome, Chan helped us alot so thanks to her, I think that should be it, even thought the experience was somewhat mixed bag, I hope to return again. When I arrived for check-in, my family had come with me just to drop me off and they were sitting at the reception area. After I completed my check-in and collected my room key, the reception staff started discussing among themselves and mentioned that guests are not allowed. I was not planning to take anyone to my room, and I am already well aware of hotel policies. I am a Gold member and a very frequent Accor hotel guest, so I understand the rules very well. I was disappointed by the attitude and approach of the staff, especially from such a reputed hotel chain. I would suggest being respectful and professional with every guest

The stay was wonderful, but I clearly said to the person who make us checkout that I'm looking forward that customer serive will contact me and compansate for the injury we had in the pool - where a broken glass in the pool injured my partner leg!
