I sincerely regret that several aspects of the service did not meet your expectations, despite the positive intent you observed from the team. The delays and inconsistencies you experienced with in-room dining, guest services responsiveness, escalation to the duty manager, and breakfast order accuracy are certainly not acceptable and fall short of our service standards, especially for a valued ALL Diamond member.
