The mirror at the entrance had imprinted marks with inappropriate words, which was unacceptable for a family-friendly stay. The pole beneath the table in the room had visible curry stains and was covered in grease. The bathroom trash bin was not clean, and the toilet roll holder was sticky and dirty. It was very disappointing to encounter such poor cleanliness standards at a five-star hotel, especially one that is known for its hospitality and guest experience. This level of housekeeping falls well below the expectations associated with a property of this category.
