Amazing food and host in the restaurant during breakfast service where one can see the genuineness and eager to serve guests and anticipate needs. Basic toiletries were not provided.. Everytime we had to ask for it when my room partner left, i had asked twice if i need to move to another room, i was told, i need to stay in the same room. my room partner for 13th night will come to my room. but at 6:30pm, i was asked to leave the room at short notice. in 10mins i had to clear my things and leave. this is not done.

The ONLY Novotel stay i am ever disappointed by was this one. My room Key was deactivated during the stay 4 times --- once being in the middle of the night ---- room being in one corner of the hotel - was extremely inconvenient to walk back to the reception and re-activate it - especially after a ballroom party! The room service was turtle-paced! Took forever for my bathrobe to come over. The lights and plug points were almost dead and un-serviced. The breakfast, lunch and dinner spreads were not as per standards - in comparison to other Novotels itself! For Eg: Dosa Batter was sour, medu wada was sogi and oil coated, pancake batter was tasteless and flat --waffles were not sweet at all! tea took forever to come - feed-up of which i walk myself to the tea stand which was un-maned. anyways thanks for the stay!

Reception is bad. Not able to handle so many guests at a time. Same issue during check out. Reception should make the client to come to hotel once again. Food was ok. Felt the buffet was extremely overpriced keeping in mind the eateries nearby. Experience at Wok was really good. Upholstery in the room requires to be done up. Cannot have sofa set with shredded Upholstery.

Rooms are good but really disappointed with the staff service and overall experience is bad I m not able to use all the amenities bcz night was so horible inll tried to go for gym in the night but there was no staff to attend and I roam around half hr in search of people for guidence but no one was there it's totally wast of money for me

The staff at the Hotel doesn’t make it feel like a 5 star at all. When you arrive, you will have to request the bell boy to take your bags, else he’ll keep staring at you from a distance. Basics like slippers, moisturiser etc. were not provided.

Despite the odd hiccup, my stay at the Novotel has always been a memorable one. What I like is the attention to one's needs and aspirations and, wity the odd exception, a quick and appropriate solution or remedy. I reached hotel at 1.45 pm, and had booking for 2 days with meal included. I asked front desk manager to provide a room because my partner was suffering from an injury. Despite having no queue, he dealt with me as I was a transparent object. He did not listen at all what I said or asked for. He ignored me like anything. Since, I used all accor application for room booking as well as for online check-in. Even after online check-in, the person took 20 mins to complete the process. Somehow, I reached my room. I have been in aerocity at least 70 times, mostly in Merriot acquired hotels, and I have never seen such a rude behaviour at reception. Hence, I'll never book any of stay with accor acquired hotels. Along with it, at the time of dinner I was forced to have buffet which I was not wanting. What can be done when someone is emphasising for buffet. Seriously, it was worst taste I ever had in aerocity. So, I feel that the hotel staff lost my faith. I have promised myself that I'll never stay with any of novotels in future.

Its a nice property very close to International airport in New Delhi. Nothing very special but still cozy rooms, good buffet spread. Bit crowded at times. Location is very good. Many food joints and happening places near by.

I came to Novotel after Hyatt and Holiday Inn and found all three at par. At Novotel, i found the hotel to be very clean and followed all Covid protocols throughout. Fantastic house keeping and cleanliness. We used the restaurant for breakfast and found it to be quite good with friendly staff. My only feedback is about the front desk staff. I just felt they are too cold in their approach. I have seen much friendlier staff at other places. I did have some concerns with the package and charges which could have been handled much better by the front desk. Other than that, i found this to be a great place , well located and well maintained. Only feedback for room of improvement will be the behavior of the front desk staff . They must be advised to be a bit more friendly and courteous to guests.
