Very disappointed because taxi service from airport to hotel only one way they charged 2300 RS. Without giving information to me they charged money during checkout time. If you charge money you will informed before that we have some extra charges for taxi service. But no information is given from hotel side they just charge money. Going back to airport I took a uber it is charges around 270 Rs. I was really upset.

I have been staying in ACCOR Hotels at Aerocity and have been to Novotel on many occasion. It is a wonderful experience always when i stay overnight for my flight or just relax in the lounge / bar for tea before heading to T3.
