am writing this in to explain the utmost humiliating treatment metted out at so called 5 * Property Novotel Delhi Aerocity. I walked into Novotel after a tiring business day at around 11:15 PM to find myself experiencing an absolutely humiliating Experience by the unprofessional team at Novotel. I hadn't made a prior reservation due to adhoc travel. I made an over the counter booking through one of your booking partners. Such was the service that my bag was kept unattended after it was taken for scanning at the security and had to fetch it myself after searching and locating it near the gate. Neither was offered water let alone a welcome drink. As was tired didn't make a fuss and asked the front office rep for some water. It was fine as I wasn't pre booked. I ordered room service and experienced something which haven't encountered ever to pay upfront for in room dining . Upon asking the room service guy to put it under the room he said you will have to first pay. It was absolutely humiliating and should not have happen with anyone. I wasn't asked for a deposit or my card which wasn't my responsibility. I did sent Cash as deposit through the room service guy later on. Trust me you guys should stop mistreating customers for something that is not the customers responsibility. I'm sure to never check in any Accor Property henceforth plus am sharing this experience on all hospitality portals so that people don't get this horrible treatment . Abhishek Mishra

Reservation cancelled at arrival and security deposite from credit card not removed !

At arrival we got the message that the confirmed room is not available and the reservation cancelled - after 30 minutes we got a room. The room rate is absolutely to high for the level you get. After check out the security deposite ( more than 1400€) is still booked on my credit card . After e-mail to the hotel no answer. There is something going wrong at this hotel !!!

The night from Monday, Dec. 09 to Tuesday Dec. 10. there was until 02.30 a.m. very very loud an noisy music. Not possible to find sleep.

I was on the 6th floor which is supposed to the elite floor. Guess what, lights in my room kept going off and needed several complaints to be resolved. I'm not sure if the hotel has found a solution to this problem yet. Noisy neighbours. Some rooms were occupied by people of a wedding party and they seemed unnaturally noisy and also probably indulging in substances. No one answers the phone when you call for room service on in-room dining. Overall this was one bad stay and definitely not worth what I paid for this stay. Very disappointed and surely not staying at Novotel Aerocity ever again.
