Stay was good and comfortable. Location of the hotel is the plus factor. Room was a bit compact, should have been more spacious from a family stay point of view. Rest, don't know about the other rooms if they are spacious enough or not.

The reservations department did not communicate clearly about the room tariff clearly before the booking procedure. We were asked to pay more than 6k for a basic room without breakfast. This was very dissatisfactory.

One of the worst experience at the novatel group of hotels. Have stayed at various properties of Novatel across the world and had a great experience at them until this recent one . The service at the property was pathetic with 1. Time for someone to answer your call at the room service taking 30minutes of repeatedly calling 2. Food ( basis pizza) being served in the room after 45 minutes of ordering at the room service and to top it up it was absolutely cold 3. Site to watch out was at the pool where there were only handful of hotel guest using the pool. The service staff until highlighted that the hotel rules clearly highlight that people not wearing proper swimming costume cannot use the same didn't even both that guest are in the pool enjoying in there lingerie and cotton three forth pants. With this experience in mind I have actually started reconsidering my reservation at the novatel property in Goa done for oct-nov for a family vacation. Hope these concern highlighted can help the management team take necessary actions.

Housekeeping items in terms of slippers, moisturizer etc not placed in the room. Time taken to attend the phone line and corresponding response took more than 25 minutes. Room service the Non Veg Continental Combo menu ordered the chicken was undercooked. Was told chicken breast piece would be served however, the cut had large bone piece. Needs improvement in supervision. Have stayed with Novotel on multiple occasions, guess it's the COVID effect. Nevertheless you can bring it up to previous standards.

As requested, I was given early check in and a late check out which eased out my worries. Room was clean and well sanitised. Buffet breakfast was very well organised and the variety of food was enormous. Staff was courteous and on toes at every moment. The security staff were well mannered and following all safety protocols with perfection. Overall, the experience was smooth and would like to stay again soon.

I am an accor loyalti member and it was worst experience,i am a regular visitor but this time within 2 days of last stay there was zero customer services i have not been informed by hotel to pay room services but Duty manager was so rude and not behaved properly

To begin, checkin time took more than 25 minutes and there was a long queue. Despite requesting for higher floor, was given lower floor. Had lunch at in house restaurant and was told to settle the bill and that it can't be charged to the room!!! I walked out providing my room number. Toiletries provided reminded of hostel days. Overall pathetic experience.

dropping standards...despite being a frequent visitor to accor hotels. preferences asked during online check in not taken care of. minimum essential housekeeping items like towels, slippers had to be asked for... even the entitled welcome drink had to be requested.
