The Hotel met a great more then my expectations. Great room and facilities. The food of great quality and service at the table was excellent. It made the departure to the airport much more enjoyable when usually it is no more then just a stopover location.

Nice hotel, good facilities. Fantastic porter named Annu deaf and dumb but absolutely brilliant, couldn’t recommend him more. Unfortunately, the restaurant manager on the evening of 20th January on table 119 was appallingly rude and sullen, and then humiliated my husband by sending his poor waiter running after us as we left, because they had forgotten to include a bottle of sparkling water on the bill! Over expensive buffet.

Stay was good. Room was comfortable. Breakfast is frankly mediocre. Even lunch was mediocre. I have dined at almost all brands of Accor in India but Novotel seems to be the last choice when it comes to food. Pune was a bad experience few months back and New Delhi too was not great.

Great hospitality. They recommended a package that suited my needs perfectly and were able to organise last minute reservation. I literally called from the airport about to fly to Delhi and Novotel made it happen with a sweet deal. We also got picked up from the airport and got dropped off early hours to the airport. Novotel gave us the perfect place for out stay in New Delhi. Food was amazing, highly recommend getting the breakfast buffet. Location is perfect, close to airport and not too far from main city.

Two problems. 1. In room dining order came after four calls and that too after one and half hours 2. When i asked for late check out i was told that it is 25%extea. But i was charged 50%. After some discussions it was made 25%.

Hate to say this, but my experience has been that Novotel Delhi Airport probably prefers only International guests over local Indian guests. I recently stayed at the hotel as a corporate guest. It left a very bad taste in the mouth. While the facilities are acceptable, the service is almost designed to ignore the local customers. Experienced (hesitate to say this, but felt like so) almost racist standards in level of service. While at breakfast with overwhelming foreign guest population, was constantly and clearly willfully ignored (despite requesting service) even while predominantly white guests on next tables were being fawned upon. Dirty plates not cleared and ignored, live counter orders ignored when followed up served cold. Even pointing it out didn't work. Experience rankled enough to make me skip breakfast the next day. Unfortunately experience continued during checkout, where my negative response to the perfunctory feedback question on willingness to stay again, elicited a listless and uninterested "My sorry to hear that" response. No empathy, no interest to understand what went wrong from the lady at the counter. Clearly having me back was not of key importance. Maybe because I was not paying in $$????

While checking in, I was literally waiting for 20mins just to be attended. The corridors were not tidy, wrappers fallen here and there, the room wasn't up to the mark as expected from Novotel.

Coffee machine and kettle in my room wasn’t clean. I got a disgusting cockroach smell from coffee machine and electric kettle got browny strains near its mouth. I felt unhygienic. The same was escalated at the reception during the time of checkout. I believe you will take this as a serious feedback.

I arrived at 2 Am and had a short stay for only 5 hours. The check - in and check-out were both fast. The room was clear and shower head was efficient. The breakfast had enough choices rather than only Indian food.

In terms of facility food ambience maintainence staff everything was awsome except the front desk or booking desk . I dont know why but right from the day we checked in we were asked by the staff wht time we r expected to check out every single day at 2 o clock and i had to turn them away every single day as i was staying for long and in between the stay i got a call to.give our credit card information for extension of our stay and i told them that the card is with my husband and he will be back in 2 hours pls wait for which i was denied that give information right now or u come down and do payment directly .. i could not go down as i had 1 year baby sleeping in thw room and that was very upsetting for me .. finally i had to ask my husband to send me credit card photo and farwarded it to the staff .. they could not wait for him to reach the hotel back and then do the proceduree .. it felt humiliated and i almost decided to take my baby and leave novotel and check into pride plaza ..... we r from defence and we availed the MOU so some where i felt this attitude towards us was likewise if u dont i tend to be respectfull please dont offer it in first place .... we can find alternative happily ..
