The Hotel maintains temperature of the entire hotel at 23 degrees. Apparently thats the right temperature as well. They wont agree to lower saying its a policy. The entire internet is full of complaints on the AC not working. Its impossible to sleep under a blanket or bedsheets at that temperature especially when there is no circulation. This needs to change and customers should be able to control the temperatures at the hotel!.

I always feel like I’m coming back to a second home the moment I step into Novotel New Delhi Aerocity. Every member of your staff is incredibly polite, and the warmth in their smiles never fails to steal my heart—it’s something I truly cherish every time I visit. This time, I had the pleasure of coming with my mother, and Ms. Nitu and Mr. Danish welcomed her with such genuine warmth. They thoughtfully took care of even the smallest details she needed, which meant a lot to us. At the lounge on the 6th floor, Mr. Dushyant was exceptionally kind—ensuring my mom had her favourite coffee and making sure everything was just perfect. We also ordered from room service, and Mr. Kanishq went above and beyond, taking multiple rounds to ensure we had everything we wanted. It was, overall, a truly wonderful experience. A special thanks to Ms. Nitu, Mr. Kushnoor, and Mr. Abhishek for making our stay even more memorable. The entire team at Novotel continues to amaze me with their impeccable service every single time. Thank you for always making my stay so special.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with our family. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist, which made our experience even more pleasant. The food quality was excellent, and there were good options for everyone. Overall, it was a very nice and enjoyable experience, and we truly appreciate the warm hospitality. We would definitely love to visit again.
