Lovely experience. Location was perfect - closer to airport. The thing that really impressed us was customer service. We had a late evening flight and on request for late check out- staff at front desk was very understanding and did their best. Proactively responding and ensuring that whatever that they can do- is done.

From the garden staff, to the room cleaners, to the laundry service, who all worked so hard to make the hotel and its surroundings truly appealing. Their attention to detail, especially with the hotel gardens and grounds, deserves a special mention. Wherever you are in the hotel, there are pleasant views of the plants and buildings. As we said before, many times you forget that you are in a hotel and feel like you are in a park! Staff, managers and supervisors all made sure that enjoy every bit of my stay. Ayushi Hk Manager is willing to go above and beyond, and have the ability to anticipate their guests' needs, she remains calm and composed at all situations. She prepared a lovely bouquet which is admirable. She was prompt with the arrangements of the housekeeping amenities. Her presence can make a difference between success and disaster.
