The stay and the room were average (not up to the Novotel brand), wherein me being an avid traveller - for both business and leisure, have had better experiences for lesser brands. Also, the checkout experience was not good at all, wherein I'd to explain the advance payment done, and the Accor points that I'd used. Overall it took 30+ minutes, which is absolutely not expected. Expect a lot better than a brand like Novotel!

Stayed at Novotel Aerocity, Delhi recently. The location near the airport is convenient, and the hotel overall is decent. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but for the price point, we have stayed in better hotels in the same area. Nothing particularly stood out in terms of room quality. The food was average and quite expensive compared to the taste and variety offered. We expected a bit more considering the pricing and the brand. Overall, it’s an okay option if you want to stay close to the airport, but there are definitely better value hotels available nearby for the same budget.

I informed the hotel that I was going to arrive late as my flight was landing at 12:30 AM. they acknowledged it by email and confirmed it was OK. I arrived at 1 AM and they didn’t have a room for me. It was overbooked. initially they didn’t want to tell me and after 30 minute of questioning, they finally said that they didn’t have a room. after another hour they finally gave me a room at 2:30 AM and I had to work the following day. This is absolutely unacceptable.
