Usually the stays are great at Novotel- but this time it was not up to the expected standard and previous experience. The room I was checked in to immediately smelled of sweat and unfresh. The bathrobe kept on the bathroom floor meant to change was put back up after cleaning the room. There was no welcome snack on checking in the room as seen previously.

The Housekeeping staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. I booked a room here for my colleague, and we all had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a very hygienic atmosphere.
