The Novotel team was extremely warm and they wnent beyond in creating a meaningful exprience for my mother. With all the decoration and cake. This time the experience was quite bad. We didn't recieve the bill at Quion for 1 hour. Behaviour of Roslyn and other staff was quite bad. For the first time in 7 years the experience was not good.
