The staff was not much welcoming, specially at the checkIn. I asked for milk for my kid from phone, but got it after 1 after multiple calls.

My son, Bhavuk K., has stayed at Pullman Novotel several times and often spoke highly of the hospitality here. Based on his recommendation, I recently had the opportunity to stay at the property, and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel offers comfortable rooms, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere. As a nice surprise, one of our rooms was upgraded, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Mr. Karan Madaan for his kindness and support throughout our visit. He was approachable, attentive, and always willing to help whenever needed. It is always reassuring to see someone take genuine interest in ensuring guests have a comfortable stay without making it feel forced or formal. What I appreciated most was the warmth and personal touch that he brought to the overall experience. Small gestures and attention to detail can make a big difference, and that was certainly the case during our stay. I can now understand why my son prefers this property whenever he visits Delhi. Thank you to Mr. Madaan and the entire team for making our stay comfortable and memorable. We look forward to visiting again.
