My reservation instructions were ignored in several instances I had booked 3 rooms and the deposit was taken from me for all 3 rooms but despite clear instructions deposit was taken on my guest card so duplicating the deposit and then the billing Also the overall lobby experience was very poor due to excessive crowd from a conference Lobby did not feel like a hotel but a convention center Just overall very dissatisfied

Overall good first stay at the Pullman Aerocity. The hotel had a great location, with proximity to IGI airport as well as work spaces in and around it. Rooms have all the amenities needed, and all-day dining options are ample. Making reservations can get tricky, as I could not get through reservations desk over the phone. Check-in/check-out can also take a bit of time, since the hotel is generally busy with guests round the clock, given its proximity to the airport.
