Good but very slow checkin particularly bothersome as we had barely two hours of stay. Upkeep could be better in the rooms. There should be rates for half day as well specially as it is so close to the airport and people like us may just have few hours to spend to just freshen up.

It was a warm welcome, making check-in and check-out quite easy with quick valet service when heading out. The rooms are huge and great with nice detailing. When it came to the view, tho the room promised runway, all I could see the green forest and small U turn road patch which was not the runway but definitely the out of the scope of the runway part which was a bit disappointing.

I selected a room with airport view, but the view was already closed from three sides like a box view. I called the reception thrice for the same issue and they said to call me back but never received one ans then I have to go to the reception to discuss the issue. They never called me back for the update and I got to know that room is available when I went to the reception again. Even during the time of breakfast we were provided a table at the end even though tables were available in the middle and then someone came over to our seat when we went to take food. Also we requested for a non-smoking room specifically while booking but at the time of check in they said that no room is available in the non-smoking floor and gave us a room on the first floor near the hospitality lounge. Since it is a 5 star hotel, they really need to work on improving the service specifically the front office.
