I recently stayed at Pullman Hotel, Aerocity Delhi and while the property itself is wonderful, the room allocation experience was quite disappointing. I had specifically booked, and paid extra for, a pool view room, but the hotel allotted me a different room without any explanation or refund for the price difference. Instead of correcting the issue, they only offered a 15% discount on services like food, drinks, and spa. However, when I later availed a few items from the minibar and requested the promised discount, they refused, saying it doesn’t apply to minibar items. This felt misleading and left a bad aftertaste in an otherwise pleasant stay. That said, the hotel itself is great, the food is excellent, the room was tidy and comfortable, and overall the property is solid. Advice to future guests: Just book the basic room. They seem to allot any available room regardless of what you choose, so there’s no point paying extra for view specific categories. Enjoy the stay, but manage your expectations around room type and discounts.

Every corner was spotless, and the turnaround was seamless. ​This level of execution clearly stems from fantastic leadership. Housekeeping Managers Vishal and Nem Kumar run a flawless operation. The service here is sharp and incredibly attentive, thanks to the fantastic team of Dushyant and Kamlesh. They anticipate your needs before you even have to ask.
