Booked my accommodation at least 12 months in advance and paid for to find out the Hotel was being renovated. Not at all a good feeling. I could understand if I had left the booking at the LAST minute, but I hadn't. No communication from higher MANAGEMENT nor reservations. Extremely disappointing, needs to be addressed higher! Especially if you are an Accor member. Checking in was nice. More information about your outlets, like WHICH ones you can use your accorplus card. One outlet didn't say anything until we had finished our meal. Again nothing said nor informed! If you are going to renovate I feel all your outlets should be offering. Best service and place was the beach bar with Jo and his team. If I was informed I know I would've rethought our stay. Yes your rooms definitly need a touch up, but just ok. Housekeeping did a wonderful job to cover up the terrible paint jobs or quick fixes in the bathroom.

I am also working in accor property and i have to say i got a best hotel . As I got a good room . And I feel so happy after entering my room. First thy give me on 6 floor Then i asked fir higher floor . Then i got a room in 12 . And all the staff were very friendly and helpful. If i am coming Thailand again i would like to come again.
